Disappointing stay
I do not recommend you stay at this apartment. We had a very disappointing time here. We choose it on the basis that it had 9.4 reviews on booking.com
This is certainly not a 9.4 apartment and I’m putting this here to give someone a accurate review based on our experience. So they can make an informed choice before shelling out money to be disappointed
My partner and I stayed at this apartment in April 23 and we where very disappointed. This apartment is not luxurious.
1) So there were 2 of us staying in the apartment and we were provided exactly 2 towels!!
No hand towels, No bath mat which is mad as the floor in the bathroom is marble-like and with no bath mat you can imagine the floor is slippery, super dangerous.
2) bedroom floor had hair on it
3) The bed had hair in it and was not clean
4) The duvet was not wrapped properly and you can see the horrible old ratty quilt inside.
5) There was no kitchen roll or tea towels to dry dishes if we decided to cook or wash up dishes.
6) The bed throw was old and bobbly.
Basic things which you would never expect.
We where so disappointed and sadly have not been able to leave this review in booking.com
I defo do not recommend staying here.

All apartments are beautifully serviced and continue to serve and please our guests (reviews serve as evidence). Unfortunately we try our hardest to keep all customers happy but not everyone is successful. We apologise if you had a negative experience however reviewing this property with such condemning and false information is very unfair. We are sure the rest of the 100+ reviews from our previous guest did not have this experience hence the 9.4 on booking.com. We hope the rest of our hard work shows through and would like to introduce our most popular apartment- Candy Suite to the rest of the world now open and ready for bookings!

Extremely helpful staff!
We experienced problems with another company and Luxuriate Breaks came to our rescue. The staff were really accomodating and extremely helpful. The apartment was beautifully furnished, homely and clean. Will book Luxuriate Breaks again when in Birmingham. Highly recommend :)

5* apartment
This place was nothing but amazing, hosts where helpful, extremely clean and welcoming apartment and best of all it was near Birmingham town centre and Tesco right across the road. Travelled all the way from Manchester to here and it was definitely worth the trip, will be back again soon with friends and family!

Really nice apartment with all…
Really nice apartment with all amenities you could need and very central within walking distance of the bullring, the hosts were also very helpful and welcoming giving all information you could possibly need and were very responsive over the phone in the case of any further questions through the course of the stay
