After one month I finally get my dress and it was a shit show!!! Very poor quality and it did look nothing like the picture I wish I had read the reviews before…

Avoid!! Ordered a jumpshit on 27th nov it arrived mid dec and jt was too small. Im still battling yo try and return. They dont respond then they respond with the same message. Do not order from here

Would be NO stars but couldn’t do. Ordered coat before Christmas. Says delivered but not received !!!! Contacted customer services 8 times . NO response and very out of pocket … DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY !!!

It’s been 3 weeks I ordered a dress. I am still waiting I don’t know if they send it or not and I read the comment about the customer’s services like what it will be awful.

I ordered a viral leopard print hoodie which was trending online. The pictures were clearly from another website as the product came looking totally different and the quality was AWFUL. I requested a return and was offered a discount code 4 times! They fought for me to not get my money back and I was so fed up with the back and forth emailing I accepted a partial refund. I asked for a return address and said do not offer me a partial refund again and was not listened to. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SHIT PRODUCTS!!

The photos advertised are clearly from another website as the item I received was nothing like it. The quality is awful and the material is cheap. No return address and have emailed them several times and have had no response. Very unsatisfied

Ordered on the 13th of November and today is the 12th of December , website says 24/7 customer service ( load of shit). Ordered for my works Christmas party and not had any tracking information sent to me even though you have to pay £4.50 secure parcel tracking ! Fuming about it as now got to pay for a new dress. Don’t recommend don’t waste your money

Faulty goods and had to fight for only a partial refund! They advertise as in Europe but are based in China. They want you to post goods back in an expensive way to put you off claiming a refund. Poor customer service and quality. Avoid this company!!!

Like another review my daughter ordered 2 hoodies from this company. She tried to return the items but just kept receiving email offers of a discount on her next order if she kept the items. No return address was ever provided.

Awful, I ordered the Bella glitter jumpsuit. It’s nothing at all like the advertisement. Cheap material, no glitter on it at all. Tat I’ll never order off them again.

Complete rip off, clearly a huge scam, I ordered 4 Lactose jumpers and all I got was a small card, similar reviews on here. The card is obviously a way for them to say a delivery was made

There is another person on here who has left a almost identical review as mine so looks like this company is has been doing this to other people and it took me ages to find the right company on trustpilot cause there are loads with a simler name and I couldn't find the right company to right a review about,
And every time I message them I get the same message back saying ( I would like to apologize for the confusion in the delivery of your order. Rest assured your order will be with you soon )

I’m still waiting for my package so i can’t give you a quality review. i ordered two sweatshirts on october 22nd. I’m writing this review on november 28th so more then a month since my purchase. my package still hasn’t show up to my address, i wrote thousands of mail to this retailer. don’t buy from them and don’t text them because if you do they will send you a pre-written email instead of actually solving your problem. this company needs to be sued for real.

They sent me the wrong item and refuse to send me the right item. They offer first 25% discount from the shop, then 50% when I said no, and then 75% refund. When I still said no, they just started over again and pretended that I hadnt talked to them for weeks. They also removed the hoodie we actually ordered from their webpage. High level scammers!

Scam! The quality is so bad and the colours doesn’t match with the pictures.

Dreadful. Ordered the hoodies (2 for 1) and what I received was nothing like the product advertised. Such poor quality. Complete rip off! Cheap material. Now trying to return them and instead of a refund they’ve offered me a 25% discount off my next order. Seriously? They’re Saying I can give the hoodies to someone else as a gift which means I don’t need to go to the post office and pay shipping costs to return them. Is this for real? I couldn’t give these away and I certainly won’t buy anything else from this place. AVOID buying from this website.

Do not buy!! I bought the leopard print hoodie and it’s gone straight into the bin! Even Pat Butcher wouldn’t wear it 😂

The hoodie looks nothing like the photos and the material is the thinnest, cheapest most ‘nylony’ rubbish you can imagine…
