This casino has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. They gladly take your deposits, but when it comes time to withdraw your winnings, the process becomes endless delays and excuses.

I have been waiting for over a week for my withdrawals totaling nearly $6,000, and they are STILL pending as I write this review. One withdrawal has been pending for 191 hours, and another for 176 hours. I have screenshots and proof of everything, but this site doesn’t even allow me to upload them here.

Every time I contact support, I get the exact same scripted response: “Please wait for the Risk Management Team to respond to your query.” Meanwhile, the so-called Risk Management Team takes days just to reply, only to ask for more identification documents that were already submitted and approved previously.

I have provided all requested documents, bank information, ID verification, and proof of payment, yet the delays continue with no real answers or payout.

Please be careful before depositing money here. There are many other legitimate casino apps that actually process withdrawals and pay their players. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend avoiding this one.

Absolute worst online casino I've tried. Website looks amateurish and "vibe coded" at best.

Games are boring and just badly designed, yet they have so many which makes it even worst.

The worst part is even though they claim that their slots are optimized for the "highest win rate guarantee" I've never see such low RTP (and tried quite a few of their slots)...

It's literally impossible to win anything that's remotely worth anything, the website is just a money grab, and I 100% don't trust any reviews that claim the opposite.

Signed up a few days ago (UK site) and made a deposit, account got blocked and was referred to risk management, sent KYC and account now set up, had a small play and found out that bank transfers need to be £300+ , made a withdrawel on Friday and was informed that processing will be tuesday due to it being a Australian holiday, I thought I was dealing with a UK outfit or at least Malta based. Anyway tried to look on the transaction list and it doesnt even show a upto date history or even the withdrawal pending! the peeps on chat are hit and miss, once the withdrawal goes through will be closing my account as was just looking at some UKGC alternatives, have limited live games (prag) and deposit limits dont seem to work, allow you to set but was restricted within a reasonable and sensible initial self imposed limit. It just feels quite dated the site, clunky with things not being where they should and history of transactions not updating

Update they havent sent the payment proof which is available for all swift transfers and today I get a email over a week after when they said they have sent to say it will be returned by the bank, formal complaint was already in place as didnt believe they sent in the first place and have since requested they send the proof regardless if it will be returned to raise with UKGC

Have now requested they send the payment via the fastest means ie card refund or alternative bank (the rejected bank was revolut which I was suspicious as multiple casino withdrawals via Swift and sepa reach the bank in a day, max 2 days) without the payment proof my bank were unable to track the payment (payment proof asked by revolut) definitely would not recommend , see my other reviews I give fair and honest reviews, sometimes you get a feeling something doesn't feel right and thats the case with this casino,

complaint was also made to them which UKGC are awaiting the outcome based on closed loop withdrawals which is the norm in the UK but if I deposit by bank transfer it should also be withdrawn the same, the min of £300 withdrawal via transfer could put some customers in a position to continue to gamble to reach this
