They skimp on materials after you pay for the “luxury grass”
They skimp on materials after quoting. So please check every material including grass, fence, to see you are getting the luxury product you paid for before it is brought on your property. Twice I used them in 2021 and 2025 because I thought better the devil you know. However I am very aggrieved that I worked hard to pay for luxury but they have instead installed cheaper materials. Theo first time it was cheap fencing in my two bed and glue tack used to fix the composite decking. The grass was fine so I wanted just that installed again in my new property but instead they installed a cheaper grass in my 4 bed and the fencing once again they have skimped on the height and the posts and boards used. I paid a lot of money to receive luxury installation and have been left highly upset because this is my home I’m living in. Please, please beware, check every material before they come to install. Because they book you in months in advance. If you have a vision for your home, ensure you check all materials against what you have paid for.
