I am so impressed with the personal touch of this company compared to big chains. A personal email asking if I was happy with my samples and brilliant ideas and alternatives when it wasn't quite the tile for me.

Received a tile sample I ordered promptly which I then made my order based upon. The tiles arrived well packed and was thoroughly delighted with the quality. Mo was on hand during the process to make it seamless until fulfilment. Happy to recommend Luxury Bathrooms and Tiles and will certainly use them again.

Found them on the net and their prices were very, very competitive. Ordered a radiator and found their website easy to use.
Would like to use PayPal normally, but it wasn't on which was the only slight downside.

While looking for bathroom tiles I ordered a sample online. The company phoned me to explain that they would also send me a similar tile that I might be interested in. Both tile samples arrived promptly and were extremely well packaged.

Mo was extremely helpful and responsive to our requirements. He kept us updated throughout the ordering process and during our wait for our shower tray. Fantastic experience and great after service. We would definitely use them again for any other home improvement projects.

We would like to start by thanking Mo for his assistance and patience throughout our experience.
We initially took delivery of a Vanity Unit, which Mo delivered himself to our home. Upon arrival the unit and sink were damaged during the production processes. Mo willingly returned the Unit and we were speedily fully refunded. He could not have been more apologetic.
We have since purchased a different Vanity Unit and we are very happy with it.
From first point of contact Mo has liaised with us via email ensuring all is well.

After searching websites for bathroom furniture, I came across Luxury Bathroom and Tiles and bought 2 of the more expensive items from them, the bath and shower cubicle. I found the website easy to navigate as all the extras that I may or may not need, were linked.
The communication after placing the order, was friendly and informative, and my preffered delivery date was met with no problems.
The goods arrived well packaged and I feel confident that if there were any problems, it would be dealt with at their end.
