Cancelled holiday trip
Having taken holidays through Luxury Escapes in the past, I’ve appreciated the level of personal assistance with making the arrangements and the holidays themselves have been ‘as advertised’ or better. On this occasion I needed to cancel the booking due to logistical constraints at our end. The cancellation process was straightforward and sympathetic. Great telephone support
I made a call to Lux Plus and and Andrew N handled my query. He did a great job helping me pay a large balance payment without bank fees. Done through a payment portal not a direct bank transfer. Clients should be made aware of this payment option.

Good tour with exceptional tour guide
Very knowledgeable and experienced tour guide that worked hard to make sure we had an incredible tour. The tour bus driver was also an extremely good driver and very professional. However, the tour backend processes felt disorganised and some of the hotels didn’t feel that they met the Luxury Escapes name.
The tour itinerary was great, covering the important and interesting attractions.

The iterinary was everything promised. Fatih was the perfect guide for our Turkey trip, fabulous and knowledgeable guide with a great sense of humour. The only problem was a couple of the hotels were very disappointing. It would have been good when travelling long days to spend a little more time in a place and not just overnight.
