Mason G was very helpful with a prompt email reply and excellent communication.

The customer service member I spoke to, (Johanthon I believe), was very helpful and understanding. He spoke well and was very polite. He quickly looked up my information and knew exactly what the issue was. He explained that the money could be refunded and he even pointed out that I had paid the insurance and he would ensure that this would also be refunded. This is exceptional customer service.

Unfortunately my wife and I had to cancel a cruise we had booked for March , 2027. The helpful, friendly service provided by Donna L, from the Luxury Escapes Cruise Concierge was outstanding. Our request was handled very promptly and efficently. Great Service!

Had an enquiry about my LuxPlus membership which was answered propmtly.

We were assisted by Jonathan O with a booking cancellation request for personal reasons. Jonathan was extremely helpful, understanding and responsive, at what was a difficult and stressful time for us, and was able to negotiate / provide a credit of our accomodation package on our behalf.
Looking forward to rescheduling our holiday when we are ready.

Have just completed a 13-day tour of Turkiye with Luxury Escapes. Fantastic itinerary aided by a magnificent tour guide, Fatih. Highly recommend.

Nakita was very efficient in answering any questions I had and, on many occasions, went to the hotel to ask on my behalf. Made the whole transaction easy and seamless.

Jessica R was very understanding to assist with changing our Crown Metropole Perth accommodation dates at late notice due to a death in our family. This 2 night stay is for our wedding anniversary celebration which with funeral arrangements now a priority had to be postponed.
Unfortunately my earlier request with a different team member resulted in a refusal of our request and just a credit to be issued if we were prepared to go ahead.

"We recently did a trip with Luxury Escapes and couldn't have been happier. The itinerary was well-balanced, featuring a great mix of popular highlights. The guide that they used was fantastic, and made the trip truly memorable.

Luxury Escapes are fantastic to deal with and very helpful in every way. We were assisted most recently by Imran M and the service and care was excellent.

Andrew N listened to what my list of needs were with booking our pre & post accommodation at the appropriate hotels we wanted and with confirmations etc. I took a little discussion but we finalised it all very efficiently and to my satisfaction. I was very happy with the service and follow up email of our hotel bookings.

This was an incredible tour. The Turkish tour guide Fatih Develi was amazing - so knowledgeable about the history and culture of all the places we visited. He was well organised and communicated with the entire group allowing us to have fun and laughter that further enriched the tour.
However, Luxury Escapes was a total unmitigated disaster. We realise that the Iran conflict caused issues with travel but LE completely washed their hands of people based in Adelaide. They did not provide any support in assisting us with air travel that they had booked for us, did not respond to emails or return calls. Information regarding the tour and hotel accommodation was wrong even when confirmation was requested 3 days before departure. We only hope that Small Group Adventures in Turkey are not affected by Luxury Escapes mismanagement.
I will certainly not recommend LE to anyone and will undoubtedly not use them for any further travel.

Sefa our tour leader had energy dealt with silly questions and difficulty so well recommend him to anyone

Our Guide, Suleyman, and our driver, Billy, were outstanding. Billy, skillfully and safely, drove us to each destination, sometimes having to navigate the bus down lanes within inches of parked cars in big cities.

Suleyman has a wealth of knowledge about Turkish culture, religion, geography and cuisine, and advanced interpersonal skills in diplomacy, which ensured a smooth journey throughout the country. Suleyman was responsive to any concerns, and demonstrated his advanced skills in diplomacy, by resolving issues with other parties quickly.

The people in our Group (C), were a pleasure to travel with, and the many memories of our time with them, will remain forever.

The locations visited and the many activities planned, were chosen well and well organised. The highlights being, the Gallipoli Dawn Service and hot air ballooning over Cappadocia. My friends on Facebook, who have visited Turkey, have commented on how well chosen some of the activities were eg carpet weaving, visiting Chez Galip, a Gallipoli Dawn Service, and attending a Whirling Dervish ceremony.

The memories of the tour will remain with us forever.

This is our 6th trip with Luxury Escapes and every one of them was well planned from start to finish, we enjoyed a relaxing holiday at the Explorar Resort in Koh Samui, the staff were fantastic, looking forward to our next trip

If I could give more than 5 stars , I would! Hunter provided exceptional service. I was facing a frustrating issue and she handled it with incredible efficiency and with so much patience. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was sorted on the spot.
She is definitely an asset to Luxury escapes and is undoubtedly the person to speak to if you want a seamless and efficient experience.
