Our recent stay booked through Luxury Escapes at Aksari Resort Ubud was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The property itself is stunning — peaceful, beautifully designed, and perfectly immersed in the natural surroundings of Ubud.
What truly elevated our experience, however, was the outstanding service we received, especially from Wulan, our Guest Relations Officer. From the moment we arrived, Wulan went above and beyond to ensure every detail of our stay was seamless and memorable. She was warm, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our experience special, always ready with thoughtful recommendations and prompt assistance.
