I am impressed by the team
I am impressed by how helpful it was supported by the team, particularly Drew in the team who is very nice, patient (he clarified with me if I need the T or Rump threshold Bar, explained the differences) and efficient (the payment email was sent to me just during our call, all information arrived accurately and efficiently). He is definitely a valuable asset of the company.

Misleading and bent pieces in every pack
The flooring was so different from the sample, the colour was darker and not as smooth and shiny, so that was disappointing. The worst was when we tried to lay it on and realised the pieces were quite bent which is making the job so difficult and I’m sure they will be issues in the future if they are not fitted perfectly. I emailed the team but have yet to receive a response. So disappointed.
