Just received our massive large Emperor bed! It’s absolutely beautiful, and the material is just lovely.
The customer service we received was absolutely brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble, and every single question was answered (extremely quickly I must say as well). Highly recommend this company.

Amazing bed, material and service
The bed is lovely, very sturdy and great material! The bed looks so beautiful, I needed the bed sooner than expected and they were able to delivery it privately so I could have it delivered. Delivery drivers were perfect and gave me notice when coming! They asked me how everything was after very good service. Always answered my messages and queries. Very happy customer

We had a problem with the bed slats and I reported it on the Friday, by the Wednesday the next week someone was out and replacing with much stronger ones. So impressed by the customer service , well done 💯 it's rare for companies to care these days so bit shout out.

From the first initial contact all the way to delivery has been excellent. I had a few queries prior to ordering the bed and I received a response promptly. I would definitely recommend Luxury Home Interior. We absolutely LOVE our bed. We ordered the Bespoke Layla Cloud and it is exactly what we were looking for!

Ignore the bad reviews. A perfect service from start to finish, my perfect bed.
This was a big purchase for me, I did a lot of research and I was almost put off by the negative reviews. The support and service was Steller.
Dan on WhatsApp was helpful and I asked A LOT of questions. He helped advise on if it would fit through my narrow hallway, on different designs, on if it would fit my small wall length and fabrics advice…
They have a lot of flexibility being the makers and adapted completely to the needs. They advised on the best type of ottoman
I’ve had a lot of stuff delivered and the delivery company was fantastic. They communicated well on the day & assembly was seemless & friendly.
This was an important purchase and I will order from them again if I ever need anything.
