They agreed to discount their own fees in exchange for future referrals on to my own clients that may wish to buy from them. When I had to remind them of this, they begrudgingly offered a 0.5% discount and made sure I was aware that they didn't feel they needed to do so and told me how lucky I was. I later found out that this was offered from the full 4% available to them that they intended to earn! Therefore, on a £330,000 purchase, they intended to charge me £13,200! Clearly, the 0.5% paled into insignificance after this!

Cameron Burns told me that he had the ability of getting me a 1 bedroom in Three60 for 20% deposit and not the standard 30%. When he realised that this was no longer available he told me that offer was no longer available to us as it had been removed "last night"! The master agent I decided to speak to told me that it expired some two months earlier!

Cameron was able to negotiate a 3% discount off the list price from the master agent and when I intervened in the discussion by speaking directly to the master agent, this was increased to 4%. He stated that I was the best negotiator he had ever seen! Hoping that LIG would secure you the best possible deal is a very unwise move.

If you don't wish to be lied to, made to feel you're securing the best possible deal when that isn't the case then I'd keep the 4% in your own pocket and use someone else that's more interested in just their commissions.

I feel I've been lied to, misled and told I was a close friend to entice me into a deal that was not only overpriced but one that would earn LIG the maximum level of commission. Since I've told them I won't be proceeding, the friendship has soured and I was told "Please do not contact me ever again, I want nothing to do with you"!

We were in touch with Cameron Burns who arrange viewings in central Manchester, there was a good selection of properties organized within central Manchester which met our requirements, once returning from Manchester we were in contact once again with Cameron to discuss our finding and further requirements which Cameron arranged for us.
The service provide is very professional and Cameron listened to our requirements. The communication was very good and detailed with plenty supporting documents/ brochures. Very satisfied with service to date.
