Luxury Jewelry Star - cancelled order and relisted at double price

I ordered a pair of hiking boots from Luxury Jewelry Star for $160 USD, which was about equal or more than other merchants were charging. I was looking for a specific size, so I was happy to find it on this website.

A few hours after the order was confirmed, I received an email saying "Order [#] was canceled at your request and your payment has been voided."

I did not cancel this order.

I inquired why my order was cancelled and they replied:

"... we experienced a pricing error on our system for this specific item. Unfortunately, due to this mistake, we were unable to fulfill the order at that incorrect price."

They then re-listed the same pair of boots for $395 USD.

This merchant engaged in bait-and-switch pricing. They confirmed my order, then cancelled it and relisted the same item at more than double the original price.
