It’s my 4th watch from Luxury of Watches spanning more than 20 years.. 3 Cartiers and 1 Rolex. They are always beautiful, exactly as described, and at a sizable discount over other online resources. The most recent purchase was sent to our vacation home. I received a call to confirm the new delivery address, and when the delivery driver got lost I received a call for an update. We agreed delivery to my local FedEx office would be the best solution. When I picked up the watch I received a call to make sure I was satisfied. That’s more than exceptional service. It’s definitely 5 star and more!

I was a lil skeptical@first until I spoke with "Marty"... he made it very clear that I can relax, that I had nothing to worry abt. The watch was/is full factory or full refund, luxury of watches does NOT sell after market watches. Marty was patient with me. I called him numerous times asking the same questions repeatly. Which im sure was very annoying through it all... "Marty"remained patient with me. This was my first time making a large purchase sight unseen so i was a bit nervous. Watch sold as new. Watch looks new, but Watch case heavily worn, fell apart, and not new. Looked like dog chewed it. I love the watch, but case is embarrassing.

Watch was exactly as described. It was a Cartier and they gave the warranty a ne2 date and received an email from Cartier stating it was with new warranty.

This was my second Rolex purchase from Luxury of Watches in 19 months! Very happy with the customer service. The watches are in excellent like new condition. Fast FedEx shipping with sign on delivery, which I appreciate for the added security.

Over all very good experience and I’m happy with the watch and its pricing. Two small things would’ve made for a great experience. 1) the watch was not available in a regular strap so I had a to pay a bit extra for a fancier strap (which wasn’t a bad investment by the way). 2) delivery options with fedex didn’t allow the option of picking the watch from a delivery center so I had to wait at home for few hours for the fedex team to deliver the watch.

The watch is perfect and I’m very thankful that Luxury of Watches had this watch available for me to purchase. I’ll wear it everyday and in every situation. The watch was shipped overnight after a holiday weekend and came in great condition. Thank you! I really appreciate it.
