Went to Luxury spas direct after visiting a couple of other places. The guy was really informative, explaining all we needed to know. No heavy sales pitch but we decided to order there and then. Waited a couple of weeks from order to delivery. Installation was great. Can fault the whole process would definitely recommend using these.

Andy was great helping us understand different specs so we could choose what was right for us. The installation went smoothly and crane driver skills highly impressive too! Andy went through how to maintain everything and keep track of spa maintenance. The after sales support has been good and any further queries dealt with in a courteous and helpful manner. Despite the current energy crisis, which will pass in time, we do not regret deciding to buy, and in particular buy from Andy at Luxury Spas Direct. It is an investment in our own health and wellness and we cannot recommend Andy and his team highly enough. Just brilliant! Thanks Andy👌👍

We had been looking for a hot tub for a while and decided to go to luxury spas direct as we were familiar with artesian spas and the quality they provide, there was absolutely no pressure from Andy only very helpful advice.
We had a look round and I even climbed in one! Andy explained what the cost of running a spas was, certainly knew his stuff explaining the internal workings of the spas that we were interested in.
We went away and discussed it and decided to buy the Barracuda, order it and it was delivered and installed within 5 days, 3 working days! Wow!
I’d definitely recommend this company their after sales care, professionalism and probably most of all for not being pushy. Thanks for everything.

We had been looking at hot tubs for a while and decided to go to luxury spas direct,there was absolutely no pressure from the salesman.We had a wonder round and he explained thoroughly the cost and running of the spas,he was very knowledgeable with each spa,he explained the internal workings of the spa we were interested in.We went away and discussed it and decided to buy the Barracuda,because of Covid there was a few delays but we were always informed of them and I certainly don’t blame them for that.
When it came into the country we were informed of a delivery and installation day which went very well the boss and a couple of guys came round,there was a few challenges but they overcame them,it was wired up and they made sure it was up and running before they went home.
We had a problem with one of the lights in the spa which was rectified straight away,as the boss said to us they generally don’t have problems with these spas and was a bit concerned that there was,we have had the spa about 6months now no more problems.
I highly recommend this company for there care,professionalism and back up care.

Purchased a hot tub from these guys. Excellent knowledge, offered several options, no overselling. Delivered exactly what we wanted, on time and with a very professional and courteous team. Kept us up to date every step of the way. The tub set up was seamless (despite difficult access). Nothing was too much trouble.
The aftersales service was equally excellent. I would whole heartedly recommend these guys to anyone in the market for a high quality product from a high quality company.

We've had several inflatable hot tubs over the years and decided it was time to treat ourselves to a "proper" hot tub once we knew it wouldn't be a fad and we'd use it regularly. We found Luxury Spas Direct by chance and once we'd been into the showroom and spoken to Andy we knew we'd be placing an order with them. Right from the off we had great service, we were kept up to date on the delivery timescales and once our tub was in stock the installation which required a crane lift and set up went as smoothly as could be expected. We've had the hot tub now for approximately 9 months and maintaining the water quality hasn't been an issues thanks to Andy's guidance during set up. Certainly if you're thinking of splashing out on a permanent hot tub of your own then there's no better place to start.

Bought my lovely hot tub from these guys with lots of help and little fuss. They sorted the teething troubles out in quick speed I couldn’t be more impressed. I was even offered wet testing which nobody else has been doing recently. It’s good to try before you buy it’s a massive decision. I’ve got Andy on speed dial for any hot tub emergency which might pop up and I’m confident he will carry on providing a wonderful customer service. I couldn’t be happier, wish I’d found them sooner. Lovely polite hardworking lads. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Early this year we decided to look around locally for a hot tub and after visiting a couple of showrooms we visited Luxury Spas Direct.
The showroom was by far the most impressive with about twelve fully functional hot tubs on display.
After browsing round for a while we were greeted by Andy who explained the different models and operating functions,as we had no experience using a hot tub he went to great lengths to explain the different features operating costs and installation procedure.We departed with relevant brochures and eventually ordered one in August with a delivery time of October possibly early November.,however due to COVID restrictions problems arose both at the USA factory,transportation and shipping .Andy apologies to us regarding the delay as soon as he was made aware of the difficulties.
I have to say at all times he contacted us by phone and we received regular updates via emails including the manufactures emails to him.
We received notification that the hot tub was available to be delivered to us in December,however with holidays booked and Christmas on the horizon we deferred installation until the first week in January.
The tub was delivered to the garden by two efficient installation men who sited ,filled and guided us how to use it including water treatment.
After a month’s use we are delighted with it and would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone in the market for a hot tub.

Andy and the team at Luxury Spas direct, helped us through everything, from initial spa selection, right through to install and chemical balancing guidance. We ordered and had a short wait for our spa to arrive from the USA, but Andy kept us updated on the delivery date, ours arrived early and was installed a couple of days later. Really glad we chose Artesian and Luxury Spas Direct, the tub has a high performance but is also efficient and easy to maintain.👍👍

This company installed our new Spa and all through the process from start to finish we’re absolutely fantastic. We even utilised their installer do do some extra work for us at great value. We would highly recommend them. Andy the manager was brilliant both before, during and aftercare 👍👍👍👏👏

Luxury Spas Direct, I take pleasure in writing this review, we were looking for a spa and to be honest we had no knowledge of spas and what to buy we intended visiting at least 3 company as that's what you do, first stop Luxury spas direct we were greeted by Paul who welcomed us, I explained I had no knowledge of a spa and how it worked , the next 2 hours I got the knowledge that was well presented and very informative I left with no pressure to buy and buzzing to tell the wife about my new spa knowledge I felt like a pro, I then returned with the wife 2 weeks later who also got the full knowledge from Paul, before we left the wife told me quite directly we are going no were else I want to deal with this company, to sum up as I could go on forever Luxury spas are very profesional there showroom is spot on it feels like your in a garden. we placed the order and was given an installation date , Andy the manager was my next contact he dealt with all the arrangement for delivery it was looking like I needed a crane due to the tight gap down the side of the house, however Andy said if we can get it in without a crane we will they must of only had 2 inches spare but they pushed and pulled and saved me the hefty crane charge, We are so pleased with are Artesian Island Spa that is an excellent product well built with a luxurious feel to it . Andy and his team are amazing, after care is second to none, would I recommend absolutely 5 stars all the way THANK YOU.
