I don’t think I would even want to write a review, but I would not suggest to do a purchase from as so called luxury Swiss watches,
He might have slight knowledge of watches but None to zero understanding of customer service.
Long story short He has no stock, he gets some watches no from SWISS - apparently then he gets them certified who knows where, and he sells it to you. Never happened !!!!! If I didn’t chase him up I wouldn’t even got my refund, and I believe he was worried (as he should be to refund ($1200).

It looks good, unfortunately I got a wrong model of watch. They response back to pick up the wrong one politely. The mistake could be happend but I never experience like this for buying luxury watch so it's quite effect to my trust.

If you want to be messed around for 6 weeks and then not receive your watch this is the place for you. Seth will make every excuse he can think of but mainly blame his watchmaker who I contacted directly and that wasn’t the issue. Apparently he has a bunch of TAGs out of Singapore he sells cheap but one or two were fake! So he has have them ‘authenticated’ first and this will take forever and ever and they are all too busy to work it out. He put the advert up with the watch with a paper with his name and date next to it and then said no that’s not the watch I sold that but I have more. Falsely showing a watch that was not available and then not delivering after 6 weeks of patience and excuses. (Monies were refunded).

Took a few days longer than expected to arrive. Seth got on top of that issue and expedited delivery. But, the watch looks like it has never been unpacked, even for the quality control at Luxuryswisswatches!! The warranty started 1 year ago and also has the retailer extra 2 years, so new old stock . The watch is pristine, as any new watch, great size, and style. The price, the best around. Buying a second soon. Cannot fault the value for money.

I must admit to initially being very nervous ordering a watch on line given all the scams that seem to be around at the moment . I did a lot of checking around the company , its website and reviews. I needn’t have worried . Seth was very professional with all the frequent interactions I had with him . Although I still dont quite know exactly how their operational processes work I do know that I couldnt be happier with the watch I bought and the price point at which I purchased . 100 % would endorse the company based on my experience and Im sure to be a repeat customer .

Product and great service

Watch and the deal was good. But more transparency needed for stock and postage. Listing states shipping within 24 hours, and you assume from Australia. However it was posted 8 days later from Hong Kong.

Seth was great to deal with and reassuring when my watch was delayed as a result of circumstances out of his control (Courier Company). Item arrived and very happy with purchase

Great watches at very reasonable prices. Our package was very securely wrapped, only issue was a delay getting the package, but I suspect that was due to the parcel delivery company.

Purchased a watch from the Team at LuxurySwissWatches and was incredibly impressed with the entire experience. Seth was fantastic with his comms in the lead up to the purchase, which made me feel comfortable with proceeding, and post purchase was also incredibly communicative. Watch was as described in advert and actually looked better in person than the pictures! Postage time was great, dispatched within 24hrs of purchase. Will shop there again for sure

Never received the watch !!!where's my watch !!!! It’s a scam this site !!!! If it too good to be true it is lol $1200 down the drain !!!
