Order placed on 24th October with this company and still no delivery, two weeks later.

From their Terms and Conditions, 'Standard delivery to UK mainland addresses takes between 3-5 days, excluding weekends and bank holidays'. At the latest I should have received it by the 31st (Last Friday).

Contacting them by phone is impossible (I'd have better luck contacting my Father who's been dead for 4 years) and the web portal is a farce. It says my order has been fulfilled - It hasn't. Fulfilled would mean I have received what I paid for, not merely that you have dispatched it.

As for tracking, why use a service that actually has no tracking whatsoever apart from when the goods are attempted to be delivered? Tracked 24 or 48 would be perfectly adequate, but instead you have used a 'Signed For' service. Its feasible that an item has been lost after posting, but because it is not a fully tracked service, it will forever be in transit awaiting a delivery. Convenience by coincidence maybe?

Emails go unanswered and no customer service so I've resorted to seeking a refund via my Bank.

Hugely disappointing, my first and last time dealing with this company.

Absolutely first class, a genuine gentlemen of the highest order I cannot recommend this great small business highly enough to anybody that needs a watch strap. The level of Customer Service is absolutely unparalleled and I would recommend a UK business providing the service rather than the cheap Chinese import crap that consistently disappoints please support a UK business on a person of the highest integrity that will provide you with a level of service Above And Beyond.

Ordered a replace bracelet for my Seamaster. Price was great and arrived a couple of days later. Was kept informed of tracking details and great communication. Really happy with the new bracelet - really quality product.

Beautiful strap! Very happy with it, and delivery was super-quick. Lug pins were a touch too short, but I used the ones from the old strap and all was well. Accompanying letter a really nice touch. Recommended!

My Breitling Aligator strap was getting worn so I thought I would replace it. I checked out the price for a genuine Breitling strap and promptly decided to seek an alternative. I found a luxury leather handmade strap that was nearly identical to the original decided to give it a try. It arrived very quickly and is a very good replica for the original. It fitted well and looks like it will last. It's leather rather than alligator but you wouldn't know to look at it. Very pleased as it will allow me to keep the original safely in it's case to help retain the value of the watch. It was a very reasonable £50 plus postage. If anybody thinks this is expensive then see how much an original costs. I could easily buy another 7 and still save money.

I purchased a pair of excellent quality spring bars for my Breitling Avenger after losing one of the Breitling ones. They arrived quickly and were a decent price.

Beware of this online store. They promise easy returns, but that’s a lie. I ordered a watch strap and received the wrong item. After sending more than 10 emails, I only got automated replies saying they were “on vacation.” No real response until I filed a claim with my bank—then someone rudely complained that I had contacted them.

I am extremely disappointed with this store. I returned the item at my own expense, even though it was clearly their mistake, and I have proof of delivery. Despite that, they never acknowledged my return or issued a refund. It’s unacceptable that they mark up cheap Chinese products by 300% and refuse to take responsibility for their own errors. Very unprofessional AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COST. !!!

I bought a steel mesh bracelet from them, arrived on time with a note saying thanks for buying from our family owned business. The bracelet was not what I expected, a very generic mesh bracelet, completely different from the description which is supposedly like the Omega James Bond - No Time to Die model. I emailed them got no reply. Emailed them second time they replied with address you can return no problem. So I returned the bracelet and its been 23 days and no reply to any of my emails. I bought it on 28 May and returned on 31 May. Today is 23 June, and they have not acknowledged or replied to any of me emails or refunded me. There is no online return portal either. No telephone number, just an email address. Another buyer wrote exactly the same thing!!!

Poor quality mesh band that I wanted to return however they refused to answer my emails or direct messages or communicate in any way. Also they claim to have an “online returns portal”. I searched their website but couldn’t find one! Best avoided. The Strap Tailor is a much better option with people who are genuine and honest unlike this guy.

In response to John's reply below. What rubbish. I also attempted to contact you via your Instagram, your own messaging function on your website and via telephone (unavailable). None of which received a response, or did they also go missing? I stand by my original review which is not "incorrect".
BTW he doesn't seem to refute the absence of an "online returns portal" on his website despite claiming he has one.

Only a small purchase of steel strap springs for my rolex delivered on time and just the job. Will use you again for next big purchase too,good to be based in the UK 🇬🇧
