I understand your frustration - we don't increase our ticket prices often however we have to reflect what the market is doing in terms of watch prices to ensure we are covered when it comes to total tickets. Watch prices move up quite rapidly, especially with the increasing price of precious metals and discontinuation of certain popular models we run in our comps often.

your site crashed and who knows if that drawing for the yacjmaster was tainted by it and when the site was back online did that reset my chance of winning. very sketchy!

To clarify: the site outage didn't affect the Yachtmaster draw itself, we pushed the draw back by 12 hours specifically so no one's chances were affected by the downtime. No tickets or entries were lost or reset when the site came back online, everything picked up exactly where it left off. The draw went ahead at the newly scheduled time & once all tickets were sold, so the outcome wasn't influenced by the crash.
