Ordering and delivering was first class. However there is a crack on the pole. It looks like it was filled before and now the filling has cracked. I’m not sure who to get in touch with to sort it out. Look forward to hearing from you.

Delivered as promised, excellent quality

Teak and table and 8 chairs. Very good quality and style. Easy to understand the website and excellent customer service. Items were delivered promptly and were erected by two marvellous men - at a very reasonable cost.

What a fabulous company! Not only do they sell excellent quality products, but they are also super responsive. I asked their support if they could get my order out at an entirely unreasonable speed... completely expecting a no! But Joe contacted the depot immediately and managed to organise a deliver within 24 hours... incredible!

I needed 2 mid sized garden benches in a hurry. Luxus kindly made a special order for me and managed to deliver in days. Very good quality seats too.

The dining set was easy to order online. When the product was delivered the team were very polite and efficient at putting together the table and taking away existing set. The table and one chair had a crack in the wood and customer service were able to get a replacement sent out very quickly. The cream seat covers mark very easily and do not spot clean very well, and when put through the wash the material has disintegrated. The ‘free’ cushions aren’t a great addition as I’ll need to replace them now as 3 out of the 6 I received can’t be used. Option to buy more would be good. Customer service advised I measure the seats and get new ones from another retailer.

Dining table and four chairs seem sturdy and well made. Delivery was efficient. We have oiled the table and chairs and the furniture looks lovely on the patio. I thought long and hard about this purchase, and looked at several companies. It was the many positive reviews that give me confidence to buy from this company, so I wish to add my own positive review to help others make a decision.

I was nervous about making such a significant purchase/investment online and unseen. However, I have not been disappointed; the teak garden set is of great quality. The delivery, assembly and removal service was also good.

Garden furniture is beautiful, very heavy and solid. Took a little longer than expected to arrive but I was informed of the delay. The delivery was brilliant, it was delivered whilst I was at work to the garden, fully assembled and all the packaging removed. Would definitely recommend this company.

A great experience overall, though there were a couple of issues with chairs, they were very smoothly rectified.

Brilliant service, furniture is superb quality, one chair was damaged but exchange was processed quickly and without fuss.

Very fast and efficient delivery. We paid the extra for the assembly and packaging removal (which was worth it as there was quite a lot of packaging)
The table and chair set is very nice and built nicely ! Feels very solid. Will see how it is in a years time. The delivery guys were very helpful and quick. Highly recommend.

I love the furniture but I had some problem that I found when applying teak oil. I had a back slat to a chair loose and the support bead hadn’t been fixed properly and was loose on one seat. A bit of glue and a cramp solved the issue.
Quality control obviously isn’t quite there.
That aside, very happy and the delivery team were nice and efficient.
