Inferior Product + Poor Customer Service
I received my order today, unfortunately it wasn't correct, I didn't receive the seats I picked online, and one of the seats arrived broken. The customer service agent Matthew failed to provide an adequate response to my query. According to the service agent I now have to weather proof and store the incorrect and broken seats and wait further instruction otherwise I will incur an additional charge. Getting directed to the T&Cs by a service agent is never a pleasant experience.
