ORDERED OFF FACEBOOK, NEVER RECEIVED IT, CANT FIND TRACKING DETAILS ON SHOPIFY. NOW THE SITE ISNT EVEN ON THEIR.

WILL BE REPORTING TO MY BANK FOR FRAUD AND GET A CHARGE BACK.
DISGUSTING HOW THESE COMPANIES GET AWAY WITH IT

I have NOT HEARD FROM THEM. I placed my order for the JUICER on TikTok! They got my money and I have NO WAY to reach them for ANYTHING! The emails I sent NEVER GO THROUGH And their website cannot be found!

SCAM!!! I got caught and they made off with my monies and no product. Sent a link that temporarily worked and its no longer available.

Where is my package Totally a fake page they scammed me outta my money i ordered ColdBlast™ Adjustable Fan, ColdBlas Adjustable Fan they sent me a tracking number then i got a delivery date and never gotten my order at all i paid with Shop online Received information that order was delivered but never did get it i wrote 5 emails already and no answer at all i been trying to contact them but there ain’t any other way to contact them to get my money back they also took down there website that only has 2 things on there i know it was a fake page i will have my bank contact yall

I ordered a cold press juicer on June 20,2025. Recieved a tracking number for the juicer. I never recieved the juicer but I got a small black bag with the tracking number from the post office with 4 uno cards in it. Contacted the company who steadfast claimed I recieved it . They stopped communicating.contacted the usps.

I ordered a cold juicer and I paid with Shop online.
Received information that order was delivered but never did.
I wrote to the email 3 times already.
No answer.
Obviously a scam.
How can we get our money back?

I ordered two fans last July 25th. They took the money out of my bank, gave an email confirmation with tracking number on my order. But when you try to access their website, shop, or click the tracking number…it’s says “This shop is no longer available”. Total scam! I hope Karma gets them big time!

They will ship you a package that contains nothing just so they can say that according to the tracking number your product was delivered!! I received a piece of cut up towel/cloth.

Luxvalu is a fraudulent company. I ordered a juice compressor and only received a piece of cloth in the mail. Then I tried sending a message, but it didn't work. It's a scam.

I have reported this company. They got my money will not respond to emails can’t track package

I ordered the Cold Pressed Juicer on July 20th in good faith. I was able to track my order up until yesterday day where it appears the website is gone and the money has been drawn out of my account . Yet I have not received any updates on tracking nor can I access my tracking number. It’s hard breaking to think someone would just take my hard earned money. Being Scammed is a horrible feeling!!! I want my money back!!!!

It is absolutely a scam, ordered on the 5th of July and waited like forever, email them with no response, tried tracking, that’s a deadlock, just recently realised their site is completely gone, I have raised dispute with my bank and will be refunded, this is unacceptable.

I ordered this juicer on 17th July, there’s been no acknowledgement of the order or tracking details sent to me. Just a few minutes ago, 1st August, I received my delivery in the post only to open it and find a white piece of clothe. Are you CRAZY!? Are you NORMAL? YOU ARE THIEVES REAPING PEOPLE OFF and that is unconscionable!!! How can anyone pay £45 for a juicer only to be given ‘a piece of white clothe’ smaller than a handkerchief?! You are THIEVES AND ROUGES!!!! Your company should be BANNED!!! You are THIEVES AND SCAMMERS and You SHALL NOT enjoy ANY of profit you make.

Deffinitly a scam site dont order, you pay for your items and never recieve them, theu setup a fake tracking site to make it look like you will recieve your items but never will.

This company needs to be black listed from all countries.
