My order came in 2 working days, everything was packaged really well.
I recommend it 100%!!

They do not have customer service or any phone number to track an order or any enquiries. I wanted a refund after 12 days with no delivery. They still haven't refunded it. I'll need to get in touch with legal.
Please stay away from this brand

I ordered a crystal chandelier and it was supposed to be delivered within 3-5 working days from the date of order. Waited 2 weeks and not received it.had to email the customer service team several times to get a response and it turned out that the item was a pre-order with 6 weeks wait times while it wasn’t mentioned at the time of ordering!!!! They could have at least made me aware of the situation afterwards but they didn’t and I was the one chasing them for my item or a response.
I requested for a full refund and am still waiting for the money to come back to my account. They are not contactable and no phone number is available to call the customer care service. I had ordered from Luxware twice before and got my items ontime but this time my experience with them was horrible and will never go back to them again having to chase my order and my money!
I would give them 0 star if I could!

I ordered a throw and received an email thanking me. Then out of the blue I received another email saying my order was cancelled without any explanation. I had to email you to ask what had happened and was told it was out of stock. When you cancelled it you should have said why then.

Didn't receive my order. Couldn't track it online either. Sent email to customer service but no reply!

I'm so satisfied with Luxware, it's my first time ordering from Luxware and it's not gonna be the last for sure. The products are very unique.

Just hope the colour stays and it stays good looking

The delivery was very quick, I got my product 2 days after my order. The plates were amazing 😻, I loved them , the colour and the design were exactly as showing in the picture and much better too. The size is quite big and good too. Thanks Luxware 😘

This is my first order should be delivered within 3-5 working days but now more than two weeks even they didn’t send to me confirmation email or tracking number, just my money has left my bank account.
I have been trying to contact them but no response at all, I won’t be a customer anymore for this company completely rubbish.

Amazing products....but the big let down was I had paid express delivery £7.99 but parcel got delivered after 4days....

Dont bother. Glasses get delivered broken and no responce from customer service. Once they have shipped they take no responsibility

the delivery was quick and item was packaged well.

the only downside is that the instructions for use do not actually tell you how to use it.
