Blatant Disregard for People's Time
Blatant Disregard for People's Time – Do Yourself a Favor and Stay Away
If you’re considering doing business here, let me save you the trouble: don’t.
After nearly a week of back-and-forth communication, the owner and I agreed on a meeting time — confirmed again the night before. He knew I’d be making a two-hour round trip across the metroplex and assured me he’d notify me if anything changed.
Instead, I showed up early. Waited. And waited. And waited.
He never showed up. No cancellation. No text. No call. Not even a one-word reply. I reached out via phone, voicemail, text, and even social media — total silence. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and waited an hour and a half before finally heading home.
What’s worse? I later found out through mutual contacts that he was reachable — just not to me. He made the conscious choice to ignore my messages, despite full awareness of the time and effort I put in.
This wasn’t a simple scheduling mishap. This was a complete failure of basic professionalism and human decency. I lost half a day, fuel, and energy dealing with someone who clearly does not value other people’s time or commitments.
If this is how they treat someone before a business relationship even begins, imagine the level of indifference you might face once they’ve already got your money.
There are plenty of businesses in this city that respect their clients. This is not one of them.
