When i had an issue with my order the live support person sorted it out for me no problem. Would recommend Lvlgo again for Win 10 keys.

I bought an $70 Nintendo code. When I received it, the code was used. I was treated like a liar by the customer service team, and when I tried to dispute it, my claim was refused. Now I'm out of the money I paid for this. NEVER buy from here, unless you want to lose your money.

Initial email didn't show up after ordering it. I waited about 1/2 hour, then I contacted their live chat and they got my code within a few minutes if that. Was very fast and I would buy from them again.

lvlgo.com refuses to refund or replace my $70 Nintendo eShop digital purchase, even though it does not work due to the code already being used.
I spoke to customer support twice and it was the worst customer support experience I've ever dealt with in over 20 years of online shopping.
My first support chat was with "Carry Chen" who was hesitant to tell me their name, but eventually promised to respond back to me the next day.
After waiting 2 days, I started another support chat, which was worse than the 1st.
Here's a direct quote the 2nd chat support person, "Tom Anderson": "We have checked the code before sent,it was avaliable.So we won't give you anything".
I explained my simple situation multiple times (i.e. I paid for a digital code, but the one I received does not work. Can I have refund or replacement code?), but was repeatedly told no and to provide proof of when the code was redeemed.
After an hour of chatting and being treated as a liar, "Tom" told me to "try to ask nintendo support" before he ended the chat.

There was some hiccup with email arriving to me, but they solved it through Live Support chat. Will buy aggain.

I had some problems with activation, but the LiveChat was extremely helpful and fast, they solved my problem in ten minutes.

Was wary at first since I'd never heard of this site. So after reading reviews here and on reddit, I ordered a $100 xbox egift card. After store discount and special code from a friend, it was $85 (I guess that's why I was unsure). I didn't get the code right away, so after 5+ hours, I reached out to live chat for an ETA. Live Chat was.able to pull that for me and give me the code immediately. For that, I give them 5 stars. Fastest customer service of any company, hands down.

Bought an xbox live code from them, but they sent a code that didn't have enough digits on my receipt. I also received no follow up email. I contacted customer service, sent a SCREENSHOT of my order and told them I didn't recieve the full code. They replied "can you check again?" Like I hadn't already checked a dozen times. Who does that? Checked again. Nothing in spam either. Had to send a 2nd email. When I explained everything to the csr they offered a refund but asked me to send a 3rd email to give them the order number. I replied again and advised them the order number and everything they needed was on the screenshot I sent in the 1st email and that I wanted what I paid for and asked Did they even look at the screenshot? I have yet to receive a reply from that email, so I had to send a 4th one. Waiting. Ball is in their court. Total waste of time. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Shouldn't have had to send 4 emails to get this done. Save yourself the hassle and don't buy from them. I don't believe they have the product they advertised at this point. They just scammed me. Why else would you waste a customer's time going back and forth like that????

Updated review: Seller finally responded when I got Paypal involved. Refund is being issued. Appreciate that they gave full refund, but don't appreciate not getting my product. Seems very odd to me. Went through a lot more trouble than I would have liked during this process. Should have sent product I paid for in my opinion. Not sure why resending me the code was such an issue. I don't like to do business this way

Was a little wary but they are legit. Bought a xbox gift card and immediately went on chat to ask how long it would take. A rep was taking to me within 2 minutes. They requested I send some ID verification , official ID, via chat or email. I immediately sent the requested info via chat and quickly got my codes. Whole process was less than 5 minutes.

*note - I used my phone to chat, so talking a photo and sending was very easy, I would recommend using a phone! *

They ran out of $100 gift cards but provided two $50 instead. That works. No complaints.

Great customer service. I couldn't find the email with my digital code for my xbox gift card, the customer service gave me the code within a minute of starting the conversation. I am very pleased.

I had bought 3 eshop cards, 2 separate orders where the first 2 cards worked perfectly, but there was an issue with the 3rd. Contacted live chat for a few minutes, and it was resolved. Pretty good
