It’s been a quick process to find the best apartment in Birmingham with the LV Property. I was assisted by Sana since day one and she has been in touch for all sort of queries I had and made sure to fix them even been working from abroad at the moment. Worst experience I’ve had with any estate agent ever! Very hard to get hold of, and don’t reply to emails promptly. Been dealing with both sales and letting and they’ve always either been out on appointments or annual leave, never returning any calls. Hamad (sales manager) has been rude and difficult to work with. They refuse to share the tenants contact details with me even though I am the landlord! If you’re looking to rent or sell your property, stay far from LV property, they will make the whole process very difficult for you.

My experiences with LV in the past have been far from satisfactory but more recently they have been exemplary in dealing with my (Landlord) queries. This is down solely to their new Property Manager who has proven to be honest, factual and very professional, executing next steps and all necessary follow ups concisely and timely.
