I also ordered 2 "hand painted" ornaments of my dog and received printed junk for Christmas. I emailed them for a full refund but of course they said I can't get a full refund. And I can't even make a review on their website to let other customers know what a total SCAM they are! BEWARE and DON'T purchase anything from them!

Do not buy from them. Nothing about my purchase from them was acceptable. Was told delivery in 10 days. Finally received 33 days later. Even paid extra for expedited delivery. Very cheap and sloppy picture on a coffee mug. Purchased for a Christmas gift, but will just throw it away because of such poor quality. Just another piece of junk from China.Tracking system was useless also.

Don’t Buy from this company. They are a fraud. The website say hand-painted but what you are really paying for is a cheap printed picture made in China. SCAM

Ordered a ‘hand painted’ pet Christmas ornament for my friend. Received a poorly printed one even after they state on their website that they don’t do any printing. Have messaged and emailed them to which I haven’t heard any reply. Tried to write a review on their website but it doesn’t allow my review to go through.

I was very skeptical because of the mostly bad reviews, but I can't find anything negative. The order was processed and the goods arrived after approximately 14 days. I was able to track the status of the order at any time and was not disappointed.

These guys are scammers, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I ordered 2 'hand painted' Christmas baubles at £50 and they sent poorly printed ones. They will not refund my money, stay away!

Please do not waste your money or energy on these products. What they present and what you receive are completely different. I ordered a blanket with my deceased dogs photo on it…they forgot to print the eyes!!!
I wish I would’ve seen these scathing reviews before I ordered. (Also took over a month to arrive)

Waited for 3/4 weeks for 'Hand painted baubles' to be blurry printed crap.

Please do not purchase from this company!! It is a scam!! I ordered 3 "hand painted" ceramic ornaments. When they arrived a month later it looked like they had printed out the pictures I uploaded and stuck them on a blank ornament. It was poor quality and blurry. NOTHING about them is hand painted. So I try to get a "no hassle return/refund". That is a joke!! They offered to give me 10% of my $100 order. They said Thad to mail the ornaments back. This is where they get you. It costs approximately $200 to mail the ornaments back to China from the USA. So I have notified my credit card of this horrible company!

Wish I could give zero stars. This business is an ABSOLUTE SCAM. My order didn’t look anything like the product photos they advertise. I ordered it for a Christmas gift and couldn’t even gift it, it was so embarrassing. When I asked for a refund, they said I’d have to pay the cost to send the product (an ornament) back to China. The cost to mail it back was more than the product cost. Horrible product, worse customer service.

Totally SCAM!! Do not buy!!! Paid $115 for 3 painting Christmas decor balls and never received it. Promising to deliver on time of you finalized the order 2 weeks before Christmas. Now it’s passed NYE and has no sign of package, but the website shown “shipped”.

SCAM ALERT!
Do not order from this website!! These are NOT hand painted ornaments. I ordered 3 one for me and two for gifts and i only received one and it was a photo transfer and blurry and small. Nothing like the photo. Still fighting for a refund. Now i have to get my bank involved and open a case. Not worth my time and $80 loss but now it is the principal because i am sure i am not the only one!

The quality of the clothing and the graphic design are not worth the price. Also the shipping took absurdly long and I had to go pick the package up after an “attempted delivery” which never happened.

Wish I checked the Trustpilot reviews first. If I could do 0 stars I would. Ordered and paid $70 for this “hand painted bauble”. Was so looking forward to receiving it. Received the item with my dogs photo just printed on. Nothing like the photos shown. Proceeded to ask for a full refund and was offered a 10% refund and then 20% for the “inconvenience”. Have asked 3 times for a full refund and still have not received it. Very very dissapointed.

This is a SCAM!! I ordered a blanket of the picture of my for my sister-in-law’s do bc he passed away last month and I wanted to hive her a cute Christmas gift. I HAVENT RECEIVED ANYTHING!! I saw the advertised on instagram and I’ve been sending messages and no response but I can see the have read it. I called my credit card company to dispute this purchase and get my money back. Do not support this business, is a pure SCAM!!

If I could give 0 stars and leave a review I would. Total false advertising, this should be illegal. I received 2 defective Christmas balls with a sticker of a dog that looks like a possessed devil dog, not my beautiful boy. I am so sad and disappointed, that people do this. I wanted to remember my beautiful dog that died in Nov on my Christmas tree.

Dont waste your money.
Advertsied items as handpainted and ceramic baubles. What you get is plastic poorly computer printed baubles. Images are blury and very small compared to inages advertised

I bought one for my mum and what I was sent was not a hand painted ornament.
I have contacted customer care to be offered 10% as no refund due to personalised item. I then showed them a picture of what received compare to an £11 bauble from next and I paid nearly £40 for this hand painted item they then advised they could give me 20% back.
I would like what I ordered.... or a full refund.
I do not normally wrote a bad review but looks like I'm getting no where...

DO NOT USE…..Scam company. Ordered weeks ago. Now told storms have caused issues getting delivered before Christmas… there are no storms in new york where they are based!! 🤦🏼

They do not reply the emails (just autoreply) and didnt send my product.
