Just awful this company is horrific

Just awful this company is horrific. I ordered a glass hob from their eBay site. Organise collection everything that they told me jumped through hoops Royal mail showed up they said the parcel was not ready even though it had the person‘s name on it and mine sent countless emails no response finally contacted them. The logistics department was horrific. Honestly this Company is just awful. I would avoid them like the plague did nothing inter rectify the situation even though clearly it is their fault they didn’t care that I had paid for an electrician they didn’t care. I paid for the parcel to be picked up just plain rude on the phone also shocking

Excellent service

Penny is amazing. A true asset to the company. The service I have received is exemplary. The fitter was very courteous and done a fabulous job on the install
