Shady company

Be aware. Chinese company without compliance to EU rules and regulations.
You cannot return the goods unless you pay for the return to China.

Awful service

Awful service! They described the product as if it was a real designer lamp, but they send things from China, although they sell it as a Danish design.
When I complain about that, saying that it was false advertising and that they shouldn’t use the designer name and specify that it’s copy, they didn’t want to give me my money back, they only refunded a bit of the money, maybe 15% and they gave me a shit voucher code.
Don’t buy in here! The products are fake and very bad quality. The lamps I bought they barely hold battery for 30 min!

Be aware that the products they sell…

Be aware that the products they sell are fake and of very bad quality. The return address doesn't show on their website, only an email and an address in UK. When sending them an email they inform you about the return address which is in China. The return price is more expensive than the price of the item (door matt).

Addition: Prior to this review I’ve been in contact with the customer service several times. They couldn’t help me and deny that the product is a copy. They gave me a small discount which doesn’t solve the problem. I have a doormat I can’t even give away due to really poor quality (soft plastic) and a suspicious smell.

Also, I’m wondering why the other 5 stars reviews seem AI-generated and not that genuine
