BEWARE OF SCAM. Please do not buy tickets from Ly.com.

Site was extremely ‘easy’ to book tickets but my attempts to pay failed on multiple occasions. Was my own oversight but I did not notice that prices were increasing with every attempted payment. Ended up paying much more than what was initially conveyed on Skyscanner. Ly.com’s rating on Skyscanner wasn’t high however I would’ve trusted Skyscanner if site was allowed to be listed.

I really appreciate the service given…

I really appreciate the service given by ly. I got to know about ly from google page and I was not sure when I went through review over the Web page as most of reviews were having only one star. Later I decide to go with ly and services and update time to time I got from ly is very appreciable.
Love to recommend it to my family and friends.

Legitimate OTA.

Flights through airline directly were $138, ly.com offered $91. This trip was not essential so decided to give them a chance despite poor reviews. Got a confirmation from the site directly after payment (partially in Chinese), but receiving a confirmation with ticket number and airline booking code took 48 hours. I'm able to locate my itinerary in the airline app, so the site seems legitimate in offering prices that seem to be too good to be true.

Stay Away

Stay the hell away. Terrible response times, absolutely hideous and difficult to use UI, unhelpful customer support.once of the worst customer support. Don't ever use this app if we cancelled it they are not refunding the amount..

If I could give zero stars I would!!! This company is a horrible scam. I wish I read reviews before booking a flight with them :( I booked a flight for my cousin and she needed to cancel it and book another one. They take over $800 service fee to cancel and the customer service sucked!!! DO NOT book a flight with this company. They can suck it.

CUSTOMER SERVICE CHARGED $$!!

CUSTOMER SERVICE OPTIONS WERE INTERNATIONAL LANDLINES. SENT ME TO INDIA AND CHINA FOR THEIR “INTERNATIONAL” OPTION, WHERE I ACCRUED $50 FOR A 10 MIN CALL FROM MY US CARRIER. I SPENT A MAJORITY OF THE CALL WITH A REPRESENTATIVE THAT DID NOT UNDERSTAND ENGLISH.

Worst experience ever! Don't recommend

I encountered a significant issue with the website when booking my round trip to Hong Kong. The website did not allow me to input both of my surnames, resulting in only one surname being reflected on my ticket, which differs from my passport. As a result, I experienced a rather challenging situation. I would not recommend using this service due to the issues I encountered. Trash website!!!

Only use if you're taking a video…

Only use if you're taking a video recording of your entire booking process.
Recently booked a ticket on ly.com and selected + paid for the upgrade to include check-in baggage. Upon confirmation of payment, they sent a suspiciously sparse email with very little information, including only your flight number and booking number, nothing about your check-in allowances, meals etc. Only found out on the day of my flight from the airline directly that despite charging me extra, ly.com did not book my ticket with any check-in allowance. After frantic back and forth exchanges with both their customer service agent, Daisy, on the website live chat as well as over email, they continued insisting that "their system records show there's no check in, pls pay for additional check in with the airline directly". When I mentioned that I received no such records about my tickets having/missing check in allowances, they stubbornly insisted that everything was documented in the confirmation emails they sent me (spoiler: it wasn't.) So please avoid buying your tickets on this website unless you're ready to video record your entire booking process and what you're paying for, because this company will scam you by saying insisting on their "system records" despite never sending you any of your booking details. My biggest regret of 2024 thus far is thinking that the negative reviews left of this website were due to customer faults rather than the airline trying to pull a fast one on their customers...

This company is awful. They stole my refund that spirit provided after my flight got cancelled. These people are thieves and are not to be trusted. I would NEVER USE their “services” again.

I didn’t have the same problem as…

I didn’t have the same problem as everyone else, I booked my ticket at 7:50 am and in two hours at 10 am I received confirmation e mail! It didn’t take 24 hours like the website said. Called the airline to make sure and ticket was confirmed!!!! The site Ly.com might have improved since former reviews bc it was smooth sailing for me!

Very bad experience with this ticket agent ly.com

Book an air ticket from ly.com. At the point of payment, there was no 2FA authentication for the online transaction, and I started to feel really bad that this is not a good company to deal with. Then came the email to confirm booking, and they said will need 48 hours upon payment to get the airline PNR Code. I got it in like 53 hours. Then the PNR Code does not work when I use it at the airline website. I wanted to be sure the airline actually has my booking. Best way was to retrieve it from the website and confirm, but it could not be done. Scoot said this agent does not allow passenger to manage booking on their own online. Earlier ly.com had given a code to check my booking and the website was travelgo.com. The website is insecure and was not reachable. This is such a bad experience, I will never want to use ly.com again. It is from China.

APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE DO NOT USE!!!!!
I Made a really stupid genuine mistake and booked my flight for 2nd June what I thought was pm ( 1.28 am on the 3rd) but infact booked it for 1.28am on the 2nd ) entirely my fault which I am happy to take responsibility for however when asked if I can swap the flight to the following day as it was a genuine error I received a generic response of “ your flight is non refundable and non changeable “ I would have been very happy to pay for the change, but it’s to hit a wall like that was very poor indeed. The flight is with Qatar , I’m sure they don’t want their name associated with the brand , I will ensure they know as well and will see if they can help directly.

Absolutely awful customer service

Absolutely awful customer service. This airline voided my ticket the night before my flight. Then they provided an alternative with one stop meanwhile I paid for a direct flight. Not only was the alternative flight almost 3 hours later than my original booking, the agency made no attempt to help me get on a direct flight even though there were seats available. Additionally, they took over 13 hours to process a simple change in flight. I would never use them again nor would I recommend this company to anyone, not even my worst enemy.

This company is a scam.

This company is a scam.

Their website doesn’t work properly - they billed my card without authorisation and took money after the website crashed and said no payment was taken.

They then refused to refund the purchase.

Do not use this company.

Ly.com works withoutissue

Just book an ticket with some discount price compared to mainstream APP. I received the ticket 6-character booking No. So no issue. The payment method is mainly facilitating China and AP regions wallets ; so don't be surprised or annoyed if your region's common wallet is not listed.
