LY.COM is a SCAM agencies!!!
LY.COM is a SCAM agencies!
My travel plan was changed and I request for a refund, successfull, but the money didnt return to me. Their terms of "Refund" has been misleading. Keep on saying
Total refund fund: $317.80
Actual refund amount: $0
Thus no amount has been refunded to me. Credit Card was charged with another $3.18 which indicate "Cross Border fee". When asked the customer service mention "No Fee". And keep on saying I've confirm for a refund. Of course la but the money is not return to me! What the heck!
When asked to reinstate the booking since it has been charged they mention it was a discounted ticket thus non refundable. But there's option for us to click Refund. It's very misleading and seriously DO NOT BOOK UNDER THIS 3RD PARTY. Book under trusted 3rd party, or best, direct flight.
Now my money is gone as a charity to this website scam. Please take extra careful guys
Good experience
I bought a few tickets for short haul flights with them as they were cheaper and everything went well. Communication may had been a challenge if I had needed help but I was willing to take the risk.
Avoid LY.com at all costs
Avoid LY.com at all costs — this is daylight robbery.
This so-called “travel agency” is nothing short of a scam. LY.com stole my money under the guise of a legitimate booking. They waited until the morning of the flight to inform me that my flight was “overbooked” and offered a ridiculous “alternative” — a flight departing two hours later, with fees to pay for business class when I already paid 4 times the price of the ticket.
Their customer service? Nonexistent. They are completely unreachable, hide behind layers of automated messages, and offer no accountability whatsoever. Trying to get support or even speak to a real human is like shouting into the void.
Frankly, this entire operation feels like a well-oiled scam. They take your money, mess up your plans, then disappear. I’ve booked with many travel platforms over the years, and this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. Do yourself a favor: stay away from LY.com. You’re better off throwing your money out the window — at least that way, you know where it went.
You'll get cheated one day. Avoid at all cost
- Ly.com issued an incorrect flight ticket.
- They falsely reassured customers that the ticket was correct.
- Customers were encouraged to proceed with the flight despite the issue.
- At that point, the customer had no real choice but to board, or risk losing the entire trip and prepaid accommodation.
- Ly.com later used the customer’s decision to board as a reason to deny a refund.
If this isn't a scam, I don't know what you'd call it.
On their TravelGo review on trustpilot, there were even customers purchasing business class tickets but issued economy class tickets and denied refund.
SCAM company, Full evidence documented
For anyone who had prior success, you still have to avoid Ly.com in future because they would simply fail very quickly one day and that damage can't be undone. Same for my case.
1. We specifically booked Singapore Airlines codeshare flight SQ8530 via TravelGo (Ly.com) and even paid a higher price for this.
2. After purchasing the tickets I contacted Ly.com to verify that the tickets were indeed correct, Ly.com confirmed they were correct, they also advised me to proceed with the flight.
3. On the day of departure, I discovered the ticket was actually a regular Scoot flight — not the SQ8530 codeshare.
I spent 4-5hours checking with both Singapore Airlines, Scoot and Ly.com.
Ly.com did not resolve the matter.
4. Only a week later, Ly.com eventually AGREED that the wrong tickets were issued to me.
— but REFUSED a refund arguing we had already boarded the flight.
5. OF COURSE we had no choice but to board ANY FLIGHT. As our accommodations and car rental were fully prepaid. Canceling the flight would have meant losing the entire trip.
6. After further email exchanges, TravelGo refused to take responsibility, giving a new excuse:
→ “The flight still brought you to the same destination.”
This is categorized as an outright SCAM. — issuing the wrong ticket, falsely reassuring the customer it’s correct, encouraging them to proceed with the flight, and then using that against them to deny a refund when customers had no choice but to proceed with the boarding (Or lose their entire trip and paid accommodation)
TravelGo also attempted to push decision to the Airline stating that the Airline is unable to give a refund.
That is obviously a bleak attempt to push responsibilities, the airline had not made any mistake, it was TravelGo, the 3rd party ticket RESELLER that issued the wrong tickets.
Most of Ly.com's responses follows a generic, templated script aimed at deflecting responsibility. As seen across numerous other reviews, there's a consistent and telling pattern in how they handle complaints—especially those that clearly highlight their fault.
Ly.com is a company based in China, so they believe they can get away with many things.
I advise any victims to file a mass report to China’s National Consumer Association (CCA) and all relevant authorities to bring the matter to light.
Fantastic company
Fantastic company, got me a ticket when scammy WizzAir said there were no tickets available. Price was lower as well! On my way to my final destination and no problems so far

Very prompt and straightforward despite the language barrier
They delay refund process
They delay refund process , i emailed them since 16/3/25 but responding the same thing to wait 30 working days, when i ask about the date of approval refund request by the airline (vietjet) they didnt respond..if you want to buy flight dont book 3rd party website like ly.com cause it hard to get your money back if your flight has been cancel
very poor service
very poor service, send you boarding pass too late. They should not be allowed to sell flights on google. I was going to book another flight but remembered I lost money because I booked a different flight because they couldn’t t get me my westjet boarding pass for the second time.
Horrible experience with them
Horrible experience with them. They canceled flights and don’t refund money. They keep delaying payments with thousands of reasons. Suspect them to fraud/hold capital on purpose. Avoid them.
Go through the airline directly. Bad service
The airline policy was I could cancel the flight within 24 hours of booking. I contacted ly.com 5 hours after I booked to cancel and they had horrible communication and were unable to cancel on time. Do not use.
Smooth Experience & Best Prices!
Booking my air tickets through LY.com was incredibly easy and efficient. The platform is user-friendly, and I was able to find the lowest prices compared to other sites. The entire process—from searching to payment—was seamless. Highly recommend for anyone looking for stress-free and budget-friendly travel planning!

Worst customer service experience
Awful company
Awful company. I’ve been going back and forth with them for weeks trying to get my infant on my flight with me and their customer service is absolutely horrendous
Scammed by ly.com Booked a flight with them on 1 March…
Booked a flight with them on 1 March 2025. Airline cancelled the ticket because of delay in the flight and offered full refund. It has been more then 15 days and I have contacted ly.com everyday by email and phone and they are denying receiving refund from the airline. Airline has clearly sent an email to me stating the day and amount and mode of transfer to ly.com but ly.com is denying and telling me to wait for 7-15 days everyday. On the first day they said it will take 2-8 hours and then they said 3-5 days and now they said 7-15 working days. They are just scammers. Don’t book with them. Their customer service number is paid number and they just keep customer on hold but keep saying the same thing to wait for 7-15 days and that’s not sure because they told me to just wait it might take long as they are verifying with airline but I have already sent them multiple emails forwarded by airline clearly showing that airline has sent the refund to ly.com. SpiceJet is worst airline, Trip Jack pvt. Ltd is the mediator company and they didn’t take any responsibility. ly.com are scammers, they don’t have intentions to pay my money.
Fake fares to collect customer information
Found them on Google Flights. Their fare was priced significantly lower ($20-50) than booking with the airline direct. When I went to book the website collected all my customer information then at the very end of the process gave an error message.
I searched the flight again on the website, found it, added it to my card, and then at the very end again the website said the fare is no longer available. I repeated the process a third time and got the same result.
I booked ticket
I booked ticket, when I check, it's fake reference number. Don't book this
