I booked my flight through your website on September 14,2024.I clicked the option to have 1 carryon per guest. There are 2 total guests. I paid a total of $582.26. The email confirmation made no mention of my luggage, only stating it is subject to airline. I figured they just meant ask airline about weight and dimensions.How is it subject to airline when I booked and paid through a service?When I went to confirm my flight and print my boarding pass, I was notified that my carry-ons were not included. The airline has a price breakdown stating that I only paid $348.18, including all taxes and fees. As stated above, I paid $582.26, NOT $348.18. So where is my $234.08?"Customer service" is a joke. And my flight is in 12 hours. They are a bunch of crooks and thieves. DO NOT book through them.
This is the worst experience I have…
This is the worst experience I have ever had. I have never run into issues with another company when booking flights. The booking went fine, all smooth, but the company is extremely rigid with anything else, be it changes, extra fees or whatever. It feels like a scam and I would pay extra to avoid buying from them.
Poor Customer Service
Booking went fine, received the tickets in 24 hours. Problem came when there was change of travel plan for one of the passengers. They don’t … simply don’t reply to the emails. There is no phone number available to contact them. If you understand Chinese or have a Chinese friend, you can go through their website. I contacted the airlines, they cancelled the ticket but were unable to process the refund as ticket was booked through travel agent, ly.com. So no refund received so far. I would strongly recommend to stay away !!

Waste of time. No after sales support provided. You could only get a ticket to reach your destination, but that's about it. Suggest you guys to book directly with airline. At least you could make changes with them. With them, there are only customer support agents that will ask your name and booking no. Then tell you to have a good day. NO THANKS!
Earnest and helpful
Came across this company when searching for a flight via skyscanner. They offered the cheapest flight compared to other agencies. Booking process was fast and easy. I got my travel itinerary sent straight to my email by the next day (around 12h after) and it included the ticket number and booking number. Everything checked out. I could reserve seats and check in directly on the airline's website with this ticket number.
On the last day of my trip, I unfortunately missed the returning flight home due to delays in the airport transfer. Called the airline directly but there was no answer. Tried calling ly.com to see if they could help; I was pleasantly surprised that I reached their customer agent within less than a minute. He was helpful and friendly and managed to find me a replacement flight. He also put in an application to help waive any service charge associated with the change of travel dates. He also spoke fluent English.
From what I can see, ly.com seems to be a Chinese travel agency based in Suzhou; most of their operations seem to focus on domestic tours and transport. They do not seem to be a huge company outside of China but they seem to be expanding overseas now. Whichever is the case, through my interaction with them, I feel that they are earnest and genuinely eager to help and for that I am extremely grateful.
Beware: LY.com’s Aisle Seat Booking Issues
I paid extra to LY.com for them to book aisle seats for my flight. While I received the booking confirmation promptly, it did not include any information about the seat assignment.
I emailed them multiple times to inquire about the seat confirmation, and when they finally replied, their responses were vague, stating that my booking was "processing" and assuring me not to worry, promising to send an update via email.
On the night before my flight, I sent another follow-up email, and their reply simply provided my confirmation number without any details about the seat booking. I had no choice but to call their china hotline, and the agent informed me that no aisle seats were available for booking. I was told that I could either call the airline myself or arrive at the airport five hours early to try to book a seat.
This situation was frustrating, as their omission & non-communication became my problem, expecting me to resolve it directly with the airline.
They did not explain why they failed to update me as they had previously committed. If I hadn’t called, I would have remained unaware of the issue. Additionally, the agent offered no real solution, only expressing regret and stating that they would refund my booking fees. It seems that their seat booking process is manual, and they likely only attempted to secure a seat on the day of the flight, which was shocking as there were ample time for them to book the seat since I purchased my ticket more than a month in advance.
Had I known that they were going to do it manually, I would have checked in early/booked with airline separately to secure it myself and avoid all these anxiety of not knowing whether it was done or not, nor the last minute scramble to go to airport 5 hours early!
As a 61-year-old who needs to use the restroom more frequently, having an aisle seat is important for both my comfort and the convenience of the passengers next to me.
While I appreciate their promptness in booking the flight and the accuracy of the flight details, I cannot recommend relying on them for seat bookings. Based on my experience with their customer service, I advise others to use LY.com at their own risk, and only if they can accept effectively zero customer support fr ly.com.

I wish i could give them a negative star. I booked the flght 3 months ago for my trip NY to Karachi Pakistan. The reservation they sent has the flight departure time as 15:30pm on it and when I reached the airport I got to know the flight will leave by 2pm and the check in counter is closed. I had to book another ticket from the airline and I paid for it because the ly.com has said they will ask the airline if they can change the date if not so there is nothing they can do. Also ly.com we’re continuously lying and trying to cover up by saying that they have send me an email and tried to call me and sms me although they only send an email once and never send the updated ticket to me neither call or send an sms. Please stay away from them they are scam
We love our doctor
We love our doctor. Dr Koppie, takes a lot of time with her patients. She gets to know you on your level. The results, is you get better and healed up. The staff at Willamette Urology did a great job in helping us get our last perscription filled. We wanted a certain one because it gives the best results. They all worked hard for us several days to get this accomplished. We are very pleased and feel we have the best Dr. We feel confident in her decisions and choices for our health needs. This company is a Scam
This company appears to be ligit but is very dishonest. I booked a flight only to realize a few days later the timing was bad, so I tried to cancel it and they wouldn't cancel or send me a return. The flight was booked for the middle of October, so plenty of time. They say the airline doesn't refund after 3 hours, which isn't true. They booked me with Porter airlines. Porter will refund you if you cancel a flight as long as you fill the Refund Request Form in their website. So please do yourself a favour and stay away from ly.com or travelgo.com.
Horrible service
Horrible service. They cheat you with their system error do not book for them. They charge extra on your credit card and will change your booking name so them they can charge you extra to change to the right name. BIGGEST SCAM FOR AIRLINE BOOKING.
No Issues
Booked a return flight from Saskatoon to Calgary yesterday just after lunch. I received an email confirmation right after it was booked, and last night they sent me my flight details. I entered it into the Westjet App and am good to go.
Follow up: my flights were seemless. No issues. I was worried when I got my boarding pass that they added 'ms' after my middle initial. I sent them an email and they got back to me the next day. They reassured me that it wouldn't cause any issues and it didn't. Would definitely book with them again.
Pls book from others if the $ is not much different
1. There are many limitations in their system, therefore it lacks of flexibility to manage the booking.
2. One of the Customer service was not helpful at all, instead of seeking alternative to help, he/she rather to repeat the same statement "sorry for the inconvenience".

I will not book to this site again; it was so frustrating that they don't even send me notice that my flight will be cancelled and move to different time it was 10 hours interval. I was in the Calgary airport that time and ready for check in but unfortunately it was cancelled. I have work in the next day, and I was really disappointed, and I can't even reach their customer service because it was in China I hope they can have number to easy to call too. but still, it is really frustrating moment,
It actually did work
I wouldn't have booked with LY.com if it didn't save me about 600 dollars. Booking directly from the airline a few days before the flight was much more expensive. Since I didn't have much to loose if it didn't work out I went for it. Going to my destination (Kelowna to Calgary) was problem free other then the confirmation ending up in my junk mail. I was able to add the flight into my westjet application and went as usual.
On my way home the airline cancelled the flight. LY automatically emailed me a new flight for the next day but it was very early in the morning. I called Ly and they said they would try to change it to the afternoon but wouldn't be garunteed to be able to change. I waited about 2 hours an sure enough an email did come through.
I didn't have to wait on hold at all. Only thing is about a 6 minute phone call to China cost me 15 dollars.
They need a separate English only website which I think would gain them more trust for Westerners.
I would book again but only if the carrier is alot more or sold out.

Smooth Booking, Can't Relate to the Hate!
Just wanted to quickly share my positive experience with LY.com to balance out the negativity here a bit. Booked my flight, got the confirmation email with PNR right away, and checked in on the airline's site with no issues whatsoever.
For me, they delivered exactly what they promised - a straightforward booking process. Totally satisfied and would book with them again in a heartbeat!

The booking was successfully made on a Wizz Air flight, and I was able to contact the airline directly to update the email address on the reservation, allowing me to check in online and pay for luggage. The only minor issue I encountered was that my partner’s ticket was booked separately from mine and our children’s, even though we were on the same flight and schedule. However, this was not a significant problem, as seat selections can be adjusted.
Ultimately, I was able to check in without any issues and received my boarding passes smoothly. Our family of five went to Italy and had a pleasant experience both on the outbound and return flights, with no complications. Overall, the service was cost-effective and satisfactory.

I booked a flight through Ly.com and just like most of the other reviewers, I spent the night in panic because I received a receipt with confirmation of payment and flight numbers, but no actual flight confirmation number. I contacted the airline directly, and was able to receive my confirmation. Ly.com was legit. I’m only giving four stars because the panic was real and every other third party site does a better job with sending information, so obviously it can be done. Ly.com is just dropping the ball a little.
