This company is run by complete cowboys. Very happy to take your money but terrible when it comes to making a claim. I am an NHS worker that has been essentially without a mobile for nearly a year. This company has been asking for numerous documents, changing account handlers who then ask for the same documents again and again. Only for nothing to go into fruition. In the process on speaking to a financial ombudsman to be able to investigate further. Absolute criminal behaviour from a sham company trying to pass off as an official insurance firm. Absolute joke.
