Absolutely hopeless, they sold me an ESim that wouldn't process. It took over a week speaking to them. Then they gave up and told me to speak to customer services for a refund. Which I did, then when I asked for the refund they ignored me and wouldn't reply. Terrible service

In their offers they declare "Unlimited" texts and calls, but I sent more than 100 texts and my SIM has been blocked. I called Customer Service, and that didn t answer for 2 days, with no possibilities of calling anyone!

Bought an esim from LycaMobile Italy, I have used lycamobile without issues in France and Portugal previously. spent a long time going through the registration process, got it done, the esim registers on the network but it's not working phone or Internet still after 24 hours, tried everything. I have to call support but of course there's only an option to call by phone not by other means like WhatsApp and since i don't have another local number it's useless. I'm not supposed to spend hours figuring this out, it should just work like most other operators.

I bought a 84-day package (28 x 3) on Lycamobile app value 24 euros. They saved my bank card information.
When the package expired, I continued to buy the 168-day package ((28 x 6) value 45 euros.
But at the same time, I'm supprise discovered that Lycamobile automatically withdrew 9.99 euros from my account WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. This amount completely did not match any of the packages I had paid.
When I complained to Lycamobile's customer service department, they answered evasively and did not resolve the issue, nor did they refund me.
After much nagging and many times complaining by mail and phone, they absolutely did not refund me at all!
How can I resolve that and recupere my money? Do they do this with their millions of customers or just newbies like me?

Zero stars. This company is a scam. You pay for the Italy SIM ... and then ... it doesn't work! Their customer service phone number only picks up one out of 5 times and then, after running the phone tree gauntlet, connects you to a call center in the Philippines, where the agents have no idea how to fix anything (they are nice, though). Don't deal with this scam company. Or if you must, use your credit card, so you can dispute the charges ...

Mi è stato consigliato di inviarlo via email (non sicuro!!) ma non ho intenzione di farlo. Aggiungo inoltre che Lyca mi ha consigliato di ripetere il processo di registrazione per la settima volta, ma non avevo accesso al mio account.

So I have purchased an e-sim on the 8th Jan 25. After trying to register 5-6 times, I was told my ID is not accepted as it's a paper one. I was advised to send it via email (not secure!!) which I am not doing. It is my right to change my mind as I feel I can't trust this company. I want a refund asap.
I should add Lyca advised me to repeat the registration process for the 7th time but I had not access to my account.

I purchased a Lyca SIM card that I need to use as a mobile hotspot. According to the internet it can be used in this way. This was not true: I was unable to share my internet connection unlike with other operators. I rang the customer service and they said "you cannot use a Lyca Sim as a hotspot all of the time"??? It is only designed to be used in the mobile phone. I will have to buy a new SIM from another operator. Very misleading operator

This company is a joke.
I bought an eSIM. Couldn’t register it despite many attempts. Eventually contacted CS who informed me that the registration from mobile is buggy and recommended to use my laptop. I finally managed to complete registration on my laptop but accidentally deleted my eSIM from my phone in the process so I had to request a new one. I spoke with an agent who told me they would open a request and that I would receive a new QR code in 24 hr. I waited but nothing happened, so I called back to find out that my request was not even in the system! The agent opened a new one. 48 hours later still no sign of my eSIM….

The consultant Malo I spoke to on their English speakers option, quicky grasped the problem I had with purchasing a Silver Lycamobil package and talked me through the process.
He was very helpful and polite and spoke english fluently. I was impressef with this service.

Do not give this company your money!
They failed to provide a eSIM and after contested them they advised a refund would be processed after a month I contact them again and then was told I would not be given a refund. After a lot of back and forth I was advise a refund would be processed. A month later nothing and they refuse to respond to emails.
Extremely poor customer care and daylight robbery.

if you can survive without sim card you should chose that one rather then go to lycamobile.
they have worst customer service with false information and lack professional approach to provide services its been 1 week and i made 15 calls to customer service and send 4 emails in a week with no trace and every time we go in loop and back to start after a call.
the worst customer experience i ever had with any company not limit to telecom company but as whole.
The service is not restored yet even after a call and the time mentioned before that they will restore.
Just to mentioned that service is no available since last Saturday and even after all these emails and calls still no luck .

I had a terrible experience with this company’s customer service regarding an ESIM purchase. Two months ago, I ordered an ESIM that wasn’t registered. When I called customer service, they told me the purchase had failed due to a system error, and I needed to place a new order, with the assurance that I’d be refunded for the first one.
However, the next day, both ESIMs were activated! I’ve been in touch with customer service multiple times, and they promised to refund the purchase and monthly fees, but to date, nothing has been refunded. Instead, they continue to deduct fees.
This is completely unacceptable, and I feel like I’ve been ignored despite multiple emails and calls. I’m very disappointed in how this issue was handled, and I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this company.
