Once i had emailed the lycamobile.pt for my problem but they didn’t answer me or tried to fixed the problem the problem was they charged me double money for the data in which one of them i already cancel the package and also turned off the renew button and i buyed the other one but the money from my account was charged again for the cancled package !!!!!!
And other thing I don’t like about lyca is they really need to work on tower (network) I don’t know what happens to the network it’ll be gone and it’s soo frustrating .As a longterm lycamobile user it’s really disappointment that when we face the problem we don’t know where should we rely on and if we write a email there’s no chance you get your solution back .
