It's the first time in 12 years that I've had a parcel with wheels that never arrived. But like many others, the parcels don't arrive, so be careful and never return them.
To be avoided

I ordered a 175MM Pneumatic Wheels Kit ($240.00) from Lycaon in July. I received the notification that it was delivered. Except it was not delivered. I went to the post office to see if it was brought there and it wasn't. Since Since I was at the post office I asked them to check the tracking number. They told me that it was not a valid tracking number. Without a valid tracking number my money was basically gone. I have tried to contact customer service multiple times and like many other people have posted in the reviews. You get ghosted. I love my Lycaon TRX but I'm 54 years old and I have never received worse customer service than from Lycaon. Don't purchase Lycaon boards, accessories, anything!

I bought an all-terrain longboard, on the 7th of July, until now I have not received anything, on the 7th of August I will be charged for the second installment and I have not received the product.... The company does not provide any assistance, says that it will check with the courier , it does not say which company made the delivery, because on the website they say it was delivered. unreliable company, they do not provide any customer support...

Ordered a TRX 3.0 for $1100 and was told it was delivered after 20 work days. No package. Lycaon gave me copy and pasted responses saying that it was delivered. No proof of delivery, couldn't even name the carrier. I don't have a board, and I'm 15 so its detrimental to my bank account. In the process of trying to get a refund. But don't buy from this place. Absolute scam.

Sorry for failing to respond to your message in time.
As we explained before, the package has been delivered. The address we send to your order is based on the address in your PayPal account. If your order cannot be delivered to you, it can only be that the address in your PayPal is different from your actual address or the address you filled in is not detailed enough.
In this case, your order will be saved at the local post office and you can pick it up at the local post office.
You can go to the mailbox at your door to see if your package is in it, or ask your neighbor if you see your package.

Absolutely terrible untrustworthy bullxxit artists. I bought an all terrain board plus extra street wheels for best part of a grand and received zilch. All I got was bull about how it must be with a neighbour or at post office when truth was it wasn't shipped at all. ( I checked with the post office.

Ordered a board and it never came they said it had been sent to our address but it never did. We even went to the post office and they said it had never been sent out and that this page is a scam!!! Luckily the bank gave me my money back

Ordered a board online paid with paypal and never recieved a confirmation email. They dont respond to my emails and messages so i have to contact paypal to get my money refunded. Also their shipping times are way longer than they advertise. 10/10 do not recommend

Horrible customer service

It takes an eternity to be able to talk to someone. And when they do get back to you, they say they'll fix it. Sometimes it takes months before they really fix it, sometimes they just don't (or maybe should I be more patient and wait for years...)

Got board pretty fast (GR2021 model) but the charger stopped working after two uses and they wont reply to email(s)

WARNING!!! DO NOT ORDER A LYCAONBOARD!!!

I bought and paid for a lycaonboard TRX 3 with wheels and some other stuff. I payed 2102 us dollar. I was supposed to receive the shipment over 4 months ago and they still have not shipped it.

I tried many times and in difficult ways to get ahold of them but has got no response at all. I am not even sure if people work with consumer service there or if they are just ignoring me.

How ever: DO NOT ORDER A LYCAONBOARD!!!

I ordered cloudwheels from the site thinking they would fit my board. When I received the wheels and tried them, they didn't fit so I emailed their support team. They basically told me that I was out the 145 dollars I spent because their return policy states they don't accept returns unless they can have the package rerouted during shipping or if it has a manufacturer defect. I can't and haven't used the wheels, they're brand new, still in the box and I can't return them? That's the biggest load I've ever heard. I've dealt with them in the past over a battery issue I had and they helped me out. Not sure what's with customer service this time, but it sucks. Plus, I found out they aren't even on BBB's site, so I had to come complain here.
