I placed an order in July that was supposed to be delivered in 2-3 working days and instead arrived 8-9 days later. Since I was not home, it was returned by the courier company. This is not updated on the order history and there is no customer support available. And now Klarna is charging me for it as they cannot locate the return. I have had a horrible experience overall. If you click on customer service on their page, it directs you to nowhere...
Item arrived after 8 days, packaging squashed and opened, but the contents was undamaged. Would shop there again in the future.
Disgusting company. I do not even have the words to describe how disgusted I am. I have made an order 2 weeks ago !!!!!!!! And I got no email, no order and no refund :). This company/app is a scam and just a money grabber. Please there is more better companies out there so do not waste your time with this one. Do not make the same mistake I did.
I have emailed them about this after a week of no order and they just gave me points to “compensate” and told me to just wait. Well I waited another week and got nothing. Please AVOID.
And they even dare to spam me with advertisements when I did not allow them to send me emails 😅

I returned a perfume as it did not live up to expectations. They did not accept returns and sent it back to me. Fear enough. When I received the product they sent back to me, they had destroyed the box the perfume was in, in addition to the top of the perfume being off. This has not happened during shipment as the box it came in was intact and fine. So the company itself has done this on purpose.
Jeg returnerte en parfyme da den ikke sto til forventningene. De godtok ikke retur å sendte den tilbake til meg. Fear enought. Da jeg mottok varen de sendte i retur igjen til meg, hadde de ødelagt esken parfymen lå i, i tillegg til at toppen på parfymen var av. Dette har ikke skjedd under sending da esken den kom i var hel og fin. Så dette har selskapet selv gjort med vilje.P

Looks like a scam. After 1 week waiting they say my order was sent to another country! Hahaha really??? Impossible everything in my data is very clear and they ask if now i want it to be 're-sent' but by Dhl... come on!! Im not a fool! Luckily it was paid by Klarna.

If you want to stress yourself and be disappointed.. then go ahead , buy from lyko.no! I bought many NARS lipsticks that were on sale. After ordering, I sent messages to my friends to avail the sale. They bought and in just few days they received the NARS lipsticks. While me, still waiting for the delivery and updates, received nothing!! After 12 days I followed up, and I was told that the NARS lipsticks that I ordered were sold out!!! sold out when I ordered first before my friends?! And they got theirs?!!!! and if I did not follow up, I will still be waiting forever?! Furthermore, they sent me two wrong products (btw, it’s the same ordernumber) and adding more insult to injury, ( I think they were still not satisfied to annoy me) these two wrong make ups were crushed and were scattered all over the package! You cannot imagine how DISAPPOINTED I am! such a waste of time and energy LYKO.NO!!!! I dont know what I did to deserve this feeling!

My go-to online beauty shop! WHY? 1. Their website is not laggy 2. They offer QLIRO which is way better than Klarna 3. They ship products fast 4. They have different shipping options 5. Reasonable prices - I can go on a long list telling you why I love LYKO.NO, can't take you enough! I'm sorry I should have written here earlier, I buy regularly here for my skincare and makeup. I’ve read some reviews about the shipping time. For me it came really quickly. They said it would arrive on the 5th of June, but it came on 31rd of May. Very happy with my perfume!
Easy purchase, found specific products that were not available in other shops, quick delivery
Amazing customer service. I received a product broken and they refunded me without question.
