I don't understand how Lyma keeps calling their device a "laser", when there is an official document by the US government where it says it's made of 5 LED : 1 near infrared LED + 4 red LED.
It's impossible for me to rate 5 stars a brand that bases it's communication on information different than the official submitted to government authorities. This info is public by the FDA.
Also people looking for reviews, see how all 5 rated reviews in Trustpilot are focused on the “customer service”, but not their “not-a-laser” device.

I was very reluctant to buy the Lyma laser because I couldn’t find legitimate positive user reviews, all the reviews I could find were paid celebrity sponsors or bots. I finally purchased it three days ago, wrote a comment asking for a link to legitimate reviews and THEY DELETED MY COMMENT. I also realized that with over 100s of thousands of followers they have like 30 likes on their photos and five comments on each. This company is a full on scam. I’m refusing delivery with the courier and am getting my money back. Completely disrespectful sham of a company.

I bought Lyma first generation - paid outrageous amount of money, only for them to discover that red light is better than blue light.
Which questions their claim to science and evidence based design, as they apparently didn’t know the impacts of different lights, when they rolled out their blue laser.
My battery is faulty. Messaged your customer service twice. Got fairly unsatisfactory eventually. Still waiting for new battery so can’t use laser till this is received. . Your “loyalty” skin care moisturiser had approx 2 pumps in and was empty. For the amount of money I pay with 2 active monthly subscriptions it is very underwhelming and disappointing.

This review is for both the laser and my recent experience with customer services & particularly the concierge MacKenzie.
Laser first.
I have used the Lyma Laser for over a year now so I have given this product a good test. I have used this product every day without fail incorporating it into my night time routine. I took pictures before and after and i can see the difference. I am 54 and have now a more even skin tone, my pores have been minimised and I have Less puffy face. I have really stubborn hormonal melasma and for me this didn’t really help but I am really happy with the other results.
I have also trialled my friends lyma pro and boy I wish I could afford this device you can see a marked difference very quickly I used it for a week and I’m sure my pinprick appearance broken veins look better . One day maybe (I wish)

I had to return my laser for a once over and they couldn’t be more helpful. I had the same contact throughout my support ticket which is really great, the agent I spoke with has been friendly helpful and efficient and made the whole process easy and hassle free. Looking forward to receiving my lyma back soon.
I understand this beauty device is a huge investment, I have been really pleased with my results and if you couple this device with great skin care it really does make a difference . I am looking forward to getting my laser back particularly to help with some healing scarring after a suspected carcinoma removal on my face in a couple of weeks.

I have enough gel and spray to last me for awhile, and will get in touch when I need more. The treatments have worked well and I use only 1-2 times a week now

I have been taking Lyma since January 2024 and have noticed a huge difference in my emotional and mental state - feeling stronger and more able to cope with what life throws at me. I was diagnosed with ADHD last year and have noticed that this year - even though it has been incredibly stressful in many areas - that I am able to deal with the situations in a more focused and calm manner. I have followed the instructions religiously (besides a small hiccup of about 2 days when I was on holiday) and take 4 capsules daily more or less at the same time each day with some food. I would definitely recommend Lyma.
