Untrustworthy and deceiving

Scam! Changed my order to monthly and despite only receiving the package after two weeks, I was charged again two weeks later! I told them and they agree not to send but still took the funds from the credit card and sent this anyway! 100% scam! DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY! Very untrustworthy!

Automatic subscriptions and no contact number

UPDATE!
After many emails I finally received my cancellation and refund.
I placed my initial order which arrived. The product does seem to work. The problem is customer service, or lack of it. You are automatically signed up for a subscription, which is sent monthly, without your consent. The only way to cancel your subscription or contact the company, is through email. I asked to cancel the order and subscription both. After a few emails the subscription was cancelled but the order was still sent, although it was only 2 bottles for $79.98. Their policy states that if you have good reason, and request within 30 days, then they have a money back guarantee. That's where they get you! They decide if your reason is good enough, case by case. I am still fighting for my refund, which sent me overdrawn and took the last of my pension. If they have a good product, why would the company policies be so bad? Good luck if you order!!

LYMPHORIA SWITCHED MY ORDER TO MONTHLY AT CHECKOUT!!
I specifically made it a point to NOT check the monthly option. I just wanted to make a 1 time purchase to check out the supplements first. A month later I received an email that my Order had shipped and my credit card had been charged!! I immediately emailed their support team and told them I did not sign up for monthly and to cancel my order. They responded there was nothing they could do and made other “offers” and could adjust my future shipments… are you kidding me?? They are a scam company to grab your money!! BEWARE!! Now I have to jump through hoops with my credit card company to get my money back!!!
Edit: In response to Lymphoria’s last remark on their response, this is not a spam review. And if you scroll through the reviews my personal experience seems to be a common experience with other customers regarding our orders being switched to monthly!!

Scumming company!

Once you make an order they sign you up
To automatic subscription and start charging you £61 pound monthly without your consent.

I did not subscribe I only purchase as a one off now monthly they taking money from my account.

And on top of it all product does not work!

Beware of buying this product; they are scammers. I was tricked into subscribing to a service I never used. This is blatant misleading advertising. I emailed them, and they responded naively. I advise you to avoid dealing with them.

I do like lymphoria

I do like lymphoria, and I can say that I had a very positive outcome from using this Drops. At first I had some headaches, and a lot more fatigue, and then I started sweating more than usual, but then my excessive sweating actually disappeared along with the inflammation knot I had in my armpit since the covid vaccine. After a month and one week, my anxiety, and brain fog disappeared, and now I have been able to work out less but still have better results.
I have used the products for 3 months, February, March and April, and I am about to receive a bottle. I have skipped a few takes, so the product has lasted like 75 days instead of 60.
I had to cancel my subscription because my daughter is going to college and I can barely afford the tuition, and I had read a lot of bad reviews and I was scared, but it took literally 2 emails to cancel. If they charge me again, I will come back and let you all know, but so far so good. And whenever I can afford it I will buy it again.

The product was ok; no major changes noted. Similar to Whole foods mushroom drops, I thought I had a calm stomach when using. The low star rating is because it is difficult to find a way to cancel the subscription!

Buyer Be aware

Buyer Be aware. They set you up for automatic payments. When you try and cancel they wont give your money back and give you the run around. They try and change the amount of times charged instead of cancel the product like the customer wants. I will never buy from this company again. update They did finally cancel my subscription and gave me a refund. Per the emails. Haven't physically gotten a refund yet.

Absolute scam….tricked by very sneaky…

No stars if it was possible! Absolute scam….my husband was tricked by very sneaky placement and wording of a monthly subscription. They have now charged us twice more after I said to cancel it the first time. The first time I emailed they did not acknowledge the sneaky monthly charge at all and were very concerned that we liked the product and how can they help us. I said cancel it, which they said they would….one month later we have been charged again. What a joke!! Will be reporting them asap!

I placed an order in April 2026

I placed an order in April 2026. It clearly says on page that there is no subscription.
Well over night new order was placed and debit card was charged. Well fraud department reached out to me and now I have my card cancelled out. Fraud department gave me a number to contact them. No answer so I left a message and supposed to get a return call in 24 hours. I have disputed charge with bank as well.
The honest truth I have felt a change in my energy level and how I feel in general. I bought 3 bottles in April and not even gone thru the one yet so why would I need more at this time. Well I removed my card info from account info. I now wait for a call are email. To me this is a dishonest practice from company and I will not order anything else from this company.

SCAM.

SCAM.. I ordered the product over a month ago to the UK it still hasn’t arrived, I received tracking number which I tracked the item and when it said it had got to the UK and at my local delivery depot it the took 7 days for an update and no attempt to deliver the for it to be updated and say error contact supplier.. which I have done multiple times and the email responses from “Lea” seem to be automated AI type responses and just repeated each time I email!!
Today they have taken a further payment and new order without my consent and i did not sign up for the subscription I bought a one off bottle.. so they have auto enrolled me taken my money again for a product I’ve still never received… I want a refund for both ASAP! Disgraceful

Horrible customer service!!

Horrible customer service!!! As I’m reading everyone’s comments- they state facts!! I did sign up for subscription- I do feel for me that was clear and I chose to subscribe not knowing it was going to be a nightmare to end my subscription. I do not recommend this company at all! I don’t understand with so many negative reviews regarding the same issue of cancellation why this company has taken no action to make corrections and make cancellations an easy process! Obviously this shows that this company Lymphoria takes no provide in their company or product because they ignore costumer feedback- stay away from Lymphoria do not buy product!!

I have repeatedly requested the orders to stop and for the direct debit to cease. They keep going even after correspondence that they will. This is frustrating and unethical. The product does nothing as well

SCAM ALERT

SCAM ALERT: Do not order from this company!!! I placed a single one-time order while visiting the US. Months later, Lymphoria began charging my credit card and shipping products to an address I no longer have access to, claiming I had signed up for a monthly subscription at the point of purchase — which I absolutely did not.
What makes this particularly concerning is that there is no way to cancel through their website, and their customer service is effectively non-existent. They saved my payment details without clear consent and began billing me without warning, long after my original order. I live outside the United States and never intended to subscribe to anything.
This is not a misunderstanding. Saving customers' card details and charging them for products they did not order, with no way to opt out, is predatory practice. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this company entirely. I am in the process of disputing the charges with my bank and reporting this to the relevant consumer protection authorities.

Worst customer service ever!

I've sent over 4 emails trying to cancel my subscription and then they send me another order. I sent them another email saying I wanted both canceled and the response was i can't return anything that is food related items. When I ordered this the first time it said, if not satisfied with the product will refund no question asked. That's was a fat lie. Im am so frustrated with this company and their service. I hope if you're reading this, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!! you have been warned.

This company locks you into a…

This company locks you into a subscription that is difficult to get out of. If you email to cancel they respond with a "Tell me why " request before they will cancel. If you do not respond with the reason they continue to bill you. I am not sure if they will ever cancel the subscription. I have to go through my credit card for help.
