So easy to order and fast delivery. The product is excellent and so comfortable, great follow up too you felt valued as a customer.

While shipping was fast it came from Hong Kong after the storefront advertised NZ based. I could have bought exact product from Temu at 1/4 cost.
Sizing was waaaaay off and now I'm stuck with 3 tops that dont fit and out $99. Returns are a joke.

I made contact with customer service today via email. I wanted to discuss the order I had received. The person who dealt with my questions was very prompt in replying and very helpful explaining my options. Great communication.

Although these did not suit my particular needs the company have been awesome in their responses to me regarding this. They have been quick with responses and very understanding of my circumstances. Handled with patience and good will. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.

They are excellent to deal, nothing is any trouble will be dealing with them again. Highly recommend to anyone fabulous

I’m very impressed with the service and prompt replies. I bought 3 tanks and really like them , lovely fabric etc, but they are a bit too tight , so I emailed re advice to exchange them and was told to keep them but they would send me the next size up , free of charge , just the shipping cost. I’m delighted with the guarantee and great service .

Beautiful product. Having to change size which I’m in the process of doing now and so far so good. Just waiting for the arrival.

The worst made tops - no edging around sleeves, neck and bottom. very poor fitting in the cups. Material low budget and sloppy- considering the cost was not low budget. They did not look like the picture at all. A waste of money - they will be going in the rubbish bin.

I received my first order of 3 tanks but they were too small so I contacted Lyn’s who organised 3 replacement tanks for only the cost of freight! Magnificent!! Looking forward to receiving them so I can be braless in 2026!!

Quick communication when I had ordered the wrong size

I bought the wrong size ! My mistake, but was replaced with just cost of postage. I didn’t have to return the wrong sized items . A great service

I ordered the wrong size and within minutes after messaging Lyn’s tanks they had reordered the right size and I kept the original ones as that is the policy… it’s not worth the postage and packaging costs to return so thankyou …I’m very happy with Lyn’s Tanks

Unfortunately the tank wasn't suitable for me as I have a prosthesis, but it is lovely. The staff have been very supportive too.

When I had questions about sizing I was answered promptly as with any other queries as well. I ordered, I was given updates about my order and when it arrived I received a personal email asking how it all went. Love my tops and I'll never go back to bras.
