Items received were of poor quality and didn’t even fit. Although there was no mention on the website all returns had to be tracked to China and paid for. I tried getting credit card company to intervene but they said I had to return the items first. Went back to Lyndora London to check this still ok due to time elapse but they have refused to answer several times. I’ve put it back to credit card company now, terrible experience.
I paid extra for insured delivery and it came 3 weeks later than promised. As response to my email enquiry the reply came that they "are doing their best". There are no labels on the clothes and no information what they are made of. Total scam. Avoid at all cost.
BEWARE!!!! This company is a scam! They pretend to be English, based in London. London name, address and email. All looks legitimate. They are Chinese! The goods advertised on their website are not the item you receive. A nasty cheaply made copy! I have contacted them over and over and I’m totally ignored. Can’t return it, can’t get a refund.
