Ordered a Saltrock long sleeved tee that we couldn't find anywhere else to replace original and realised that the size ordered was wrong.
After emailing them Nigel contacted me to confirm that the delivery was on its way and that they'd changed the size to the correct one for me.
Arrived a couple of days later, well packaged and am now looking on the website for the next purchase!

I had to return an item as it was too big. The customer service and communication was excellent and went above and beyond by finding a suitable size and measuring for me. Very good prices and prompt delivery. I cannot fault them. It is good to be able to praise and support a small business
