Waste of money
Got a necklace from here and the charm is identical to one from SHEIN;
( down to tiny details of eg shape of holes on the back, pattern etc have pics but can’t attach here for some reason .) waste of money crap quality in my opinion.

Not at all as described
Got the silver Khloe ring. £27. Diamond fell out within 2 days. Customer service was great and replaced, however same issue with second ring within days. Not at all tarnish proof either. Started to bronze. Complete false advertising. Definitely not stainless steel. Convinced they are purchasing the ring from Temu website as afterwards I bought one identical for £2.68 - there was absolutely no difference at all. Disappointed with Lynotts that they’re claiming their products are a better quality than what they actually are.

Very disappointing
Very disappointed with my purchase. For the price I paid I thought they would have at least came in a box and not a small plastic zip bag. Only for my daughter has this jewelry on her Christmas list I would send it back. Will not be purchasing again.

My Mum ordered some bits for herself and a few bits for me as an early birthday gift. Items that we ordered and paid for were missing upon delivery. Customer service practically nonexistent. Will not be ordering from again nor would I recommend to anyone
