While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

The waitress was very professional but…

The waitress was very professional but forgot to mention extra charges for ice cube. For each drink there was an additional $3 for ice cube and according to the Manager Martin, that's industry standards.
No other place in ft myers or Europe or Australia would change for ice cubes. Their explanation was that with ice cubes we get more alcohol.

Sadly rubbish

Sadly rubbish. Bought a pack of these so that i could find my partner and dog on day trips, with a 4th unit to leave in the car.
Our dog had been deceased for 2 years before the order arrived. And they are rubbish.
Chunky, bulky, fiddly, screen too small, forever to get a satellite fix, location inaccurate and no power switch, so flat battery every time i want to pick it up and use it.

I am yet another victim of Lynq

I am yet another victim of Lynq, 3 non-functional units and their shocking lack of customer service/support. They don’t respond to their customer service email which is the only contact information I can locate. I have also tried to contact them through FB and they promptly deleted my posts. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
If anyone has another way to contact this company before my “money back guarantee” period is up, I’d appreciate it posted publicly.

I've resorted to leaving my review here…

I've resorted to leaving my review here to help others from being scammed. I ordered my Lynq back in 2018 on their original Indiegogo campaign. After lengthy delays and several dozen emails asking when my backing will be fulfilled, they finally went cold turkey. Much to my surprise (not), many others were in the same position and there was no correspondence from the Lynq team.

I took matters into my own hands and did a bit of research into the company, they seemed to be moving onto new projects already without much thought in fulfilling their original backers. I shared information and insights on the Indiegogo platform, only to be banned from commenting by Indiegogo themselves; probably a direct result of Lynq filing a complaint against me. Lynq are now updating the community constantly so it seems they got a minor slap on the hand from Indiegogo and I'm still cheated of my money.

So here I am, at the end of 2020, Over $300 USD out of pocket, with no updates on my order and no hope in sight. The technology will probably be obsolete by the time I receive the parcel (if ever) and I won't be using Lynq or Indiegogo again.

It really has made me lose faith and trust in backing online campaigns that over-promise and underdeliver. It takes someone really spineless to fleece a community of their money and walk away shamelessly.

Poorly designed!!!!!!!

Not accurate, NO way to turn off, so it's IMPOSSIBLE to keep it charged when not using it...they say there are software updates, but when you write them, they do NOT answer you...I think they are BANKRUPT....If you still want this junk, I'll sell you my 3 for $100!

Lack of support

Lack of support, I'm having my doubts. It would be safe to say, do not buy. Buy one of those tiles
