Terrible Service
Terrible Service. I have to cycle 40 minutes to get my order because they dropped it at some random location. After inquiry they told me I picked this. Why would I pick this? There was no option at all.
edit: response from the store is a plain lie. There was no option to choose from. This was the default way of sending and there was no communication about the object not being delivered at the door like normal. Because of the very restrictive opening hours at the random location I now have to take time off work to get my package or I have to just accept my loss and let it be send back, wasting my money.
The store implying that this is my own choice is preposterous.
The object I bought I cannot find anywhere else which is why I bought it at this webstore. If you can buy your goods somewhere else you should definitely do it. Lyophilise & Co are terrible people. They don't care about their customers.
