We deal with Angela who is our account manager on a regular basis, the approach, knowledge and service is brilliant. We choose to always contact her directly rather than call the sales line due to her knowing our account and what products we need. She also goes beyond what's required even for the minor details she has travelled to our site to advise. We recommend her highly.

He helped me find the actual products I wanted from the very big list of items, explained everything in minutes with good price & guided me through the entire ordering process. If there is something in PPE we need that is not stocked, then Emma Turner can source to meet our requirements.

I had trouble getting through to the call centre so I called our account manager Charlotte who was absolutely amazing and got my issue resolved in no time at all.

Debbie Howe is our account manager and has been exemplary in helping me acclimatise to both Lyreco and the online portal.

The ordering portal is easy to use but any uncertainties are quickly resolved. Orders are expedited efficiently and the delivery driver friendly and helpful.

Sarah Coulson always goes above & beyond and is always super helpful!

pleasant staff, fast turn around ,great service

After around an 18 month positive experience of Lyreco, standards have slipped. Our previous Account Manager Emma Jones was quick to reply to emails and was always on hand to answer any new product queries. Recently our account has moved to Ava Pascall. Despite being lovely to chat on the phone, she regularly fails to respond to emails or follow up on meeting actions.

My experience with Lyreco is second to none ! customer service, prices and delivery dates are impeccable. especially Natalie Watkins, who, I only have to email or call and she gets me the answer i need straight away,
