I have worked with Lyreco for the last 20 years. I have the same rep, Sarah Coulson, come in to see me and be my first point of contact. Sarah is first class in what she does. always willing to go that extra mile for her customers. She is so knowledgeable in this sector and can always point you in the right direction when looking for a product. I would not consider using another stationery Company other than Lyreco. The service is top notch, epecically when deliveries are completed by the in house drivers.

We have been using Lyreco now for nearly 10 years and have regular visits and updates from Sarah Coulson, its not often you can actually say you look forward to sales reps turning up, but with Sarah she brings in a breeze of fresh air along with the necessary wealth of knowledge of the Lyreco product range. We are regularly kept updated on all new offers and any new product lines. 90% of orders are delivered the next day which is always very useful and we have no plans to move anywhere else and if anything could do with more visits just to keep us loyal.

Our local rep Sarah is amazing! Always picks up the phone and is happy to help with whatever we need. Pops in to see us at least once a month. She really adds a personal touch to what is a very good company to work with.

Fantastic service, we are a new site setting up in the UK, and Lyreco, through the personal service from Debbie Howe has made this a lot easier with having a supplier for a lot of our products all under 1 roof. the portal is very easy to use and all round very happy to have Lyreco as a supplier.

Shocking. Major company account, invoice us for goods that have not been received. Ignore follow up requested from the buying team. Only then the Accounts team don't pay the invoice, they jump into action and send the missing goods out, only to send correspondence that they were on site but unable to make the delivery. No Other reason. However the Goods in are open until late....

Brilliant communication and support from AJ. He always goes above and beyond to help with any request we have and is consistently positive and proactive.

Richard Lewis is always an absolute pleasure to deal with. He is incredibly helpful, friendly and approachable, and nothing ever feels like too much trouble. He is always quick to assist with any queries or issues we have and provides a consistently excellent level of service. Richard is a fantastic representative for Lyreco and we really appreciate all of his help and support!

The timing for order and deliveries.

Still have not received my full order - communication was not great until raised a question regarding the order - on line ordering fantastic but service sorry but being a first time user was not impressed with the level of service - weeks after the order still not received it all.
Order was raised on the 16th July.

Quick delivery, always on time.

Caroline Law is absolutely amazing to deal with. She deals with enquiries for our orders promptly and efficiently and she is very knowledgeable in her field.

Josh Mambo our business contact at Lyreco is always really helpful and always keeps us upto date with the Lyreco range of products and new items -- Josh is a great person to deal with. Lyreco has a excellant range of products and the service from everyone is first class -- Thanks for all your support.
