The items materials are very cheap and unhealthy. They make it impossible for you to return the items

Fake! The address for the store is in the Netherlands, just a regular house…. (See google maps) Scam.

I had ordered a dress for a wedding. Unfortunately the dress wasn't neither the size nor the colour that I ordered. However, they did refund me with 85% of the price I paid and let me keep the dress, so I am satisfied with on that part.

I realized it was a bad idea to purchase from this website after I got a notification that the product was being shipped from a Chinese carrier. I was surprised as I did my usual due diligence checking whether there are an address and CVR number on the website. It turned out that that wasn't enough as they faked the CVR number on their website among other fake information e.g. delivery will be carried out via FedEx or DHL and delivery time is 4-9 days. It was in fact 17 days. The customer service did answer when I tried to cancel the order but said nothing except that he couldn't do anything if I hadn't cancelled within 2 hours, which was stated nowhere on the website. I have reported the website to Forbrugerombudsmanden.

Can not get contact with the company. I bought a red winter jacket the 21 of January and already the same day I wrote that I would like to cancel the order. I have wrotten to them every day since I purchased the item on their website but no answer from them. It has now been 14 days ago an no answer. I have now received my item but would like to return it but I still has not got any answer from the company. I have tried to call them but there is no one answering but a autoanswer from a machine which disconnect the call directly after 4 seconds. I would like to warn people not to buy anything from this company and will contact the police since their CVR from Denmark is not found when searching in the register. The company have an official address from Holland but the item was sent by Yun- something so it seems to be a Chinese company. This company obviously lures customer.

The website is in Danish, the address is in the Netherlands, but the products are shipped from China.
They are not service-minded at all, and even though they claim to have customer service from 9–17, they take an extremely long time to respond.
Fortunately, I managed to cancel my order after an incredible number of emails and arguments.
They shouldn’t be able to receive any stars at all.

⚠️ Scam Alert – LYS-København (Online Retailer)

This is one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had.

I ordered an XL sequined blazer from LYS-København. It arrived over three weeks later, more than 10 days past the stated delivery time. That alone was unacceptable—but it got much worse.

The item I received was nowhere near an XL. It was closer to a size small, completely unwearable. The quality was shockingly bad: at least half the sequins were missing, and the rest were falling off immediately. Simply taking it out of the packaging caused sequins to drop. It looked like a defective or returned item that should never have been shipped.

When I contacted them to return it according to their own return policy clearly stated on their website, I was met with arrogance, dismissiveness, and outright rudeness instead of customer service. No accountability, no professionalism—just attitude.

Between the late delivery, false sizing, extremely poor quality, and hostile handling of a legitimate return, this business raises serious red flags.
This experience felt deceptive and dishonest from start to finish.

Save your money and stay far away from LYS-København

I ordered a product from LYS København (lys-kobenhavn.dk).
The item came from China, even though the website appears Danish.
The quality does not match the description (photo/video evidence available).
The seller refuses full refund and demands the item be returned to China.
If we combine our cases and file a joint complaint, we can make a real impact and hold this scammer accountable! The more of us join, the stronger our voice and the more effective our complaint will be!

If I could give negative stars I would. They sent me a fake revice (jeans) item that were not only poor quality but not even similar to the photo on their site. Offered me 10% goodwill gesture, which I declined. Have tried to return , lo and behold, problems at customs. Ignoring my emails. Have thrown away over £50! AVOID AVOID AVOID. I wish I had seen the reviews before purchasing - dishonest company avoid at all costs.

Shocking! - Ordered 5 coats, thinking I would return the 4 I didn't want - (supposedly their adress in Netherlands) They sent 1 of 5 items and it came from China after a few weeks. Never refunded me, no emailes answered or phone calls taken. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

very bad quality and very expensive. description from the website is not when you receive the product,, never ever buy in this website,.its not worth it and the products i received smell terrible😞😞
