Cheating on number of actual hours and wrong diagnostic
Following a leak noticed by our downstairs neighbor, we contacted our building management to request their usual VVS. They sent a VVS technician who stayed for 30 minutes and told us it wasn't an emergency, explaining that the problem was with the connection to the building's water supply.
The next day, we called our usual maintenance company, who were able to assess the problem and repair everything.
The problem wasn't with the building's water supply at all, but with the wastewater outlet pipe, which had come loose.
When we received the bill, we saw that they had charged us for 2 hours of work at 1200 DKK/hour and a 2000 DKK start-up fee, for a total of 4400 DKK plus 1100 DKK VAT.
The VVS technician literally stayed for 30 minutes and made a completely wrong diagnosis.
Simply put, they are extremely unprofessional and thieves. Stay away.
