Ordered sweater as a present, arrived super fast!

Fit amazing quality poor
I‘m really sad because the fit and style is absolutely amazing but the quality is just not what I expected.

Coat of my dreams
I've had my eye on this coat for months waiting to see it back in a size small!! Finally found one and ordered, it arrived in Australia only days after ordering and is perfect for winter vacations coming up and the end of Melbourne winter - can't recommend enough!!

Item arrived damaged but customer service offered resolution
My order arrived damaged and the customer service did nothing to try to resolve the issue.
EDIT: The customer service team quickly refunded me for my order after I expressed my disappointment. They also offered me a complimentary item, which was very kind of them. I don’t know many other businesses that would do this so I appreciated that gesture. It’s still unfortunate that the item arrived so damaged but they did let me know that they use an external warehouse.
