I was super excited to buy from M-KAE BUT
I was super excited to buy from M-KAE because I miss Denmark and wanted to support a company from there. I live in the US so I knew the package would take a bit to get to me but it has been stuck and is still at the same facility in the states over 7 days now. I called FedEx and the rep said the package could be lost. I have sent 2 emails to this company and have not heard back. I’m seriously disappointed in the lack of communication from the company. So now do I not have a dress but I spent of $60 for it.

Obsessed with the berry shirt and skirt!! I always get nervous ordering from new places because I am pretty picky with size, quality, and fit. However, this outfit exceeded all my expectations! I can’t wait to style it in different ways! I will definitely be back for more! I also appreciated that they send you a label to use in case your items don’t work out! Makes retuning a lot easier!

Great customer service!
I was initially sent the incorrect size for one of my items which was just a simple mistake.
After getting in touch via email about the issue I received a prompt response and the correct size was sent to me almost immediately with no additional charge.
Excellent customer service and the clothing is beautiful quality! Would definitely purchase from M-KAE again :).

Weird stuff
Hello,
M-KAE sent me a parcel with the wrong delivery company. So the day it arrived in my town, it was immediately sent back to Denmark. Then they sent me my parcel again, and I got it, and then in 3 days I started getting UPS messages with a request to fill in my data to get the parcel...
So I actually have no idea what parcel UPS has now. Would be great if you guys could help me figure it out.
