Great Products, But a Customer Service and Logistics Nightmare
I am torn writing this review because while the products themselves are high-quality and perform as expected, the experience of actually receiving them was an absolute disaster.
The primary issue is the shipping carrier used, UniUni. Tracking was virtually non-existent; the status would claim the package was "out for delivery," only for it to arrive three days later. During that window, the shipping company was completely unreachable—no responses to emails and no follow-up on support tickets.
When I reached out to Mtac to resolve the issue and request a reshipment, the frustration only intensified. There is no customer service phone number to call for immediate assistance; you are forced into a "ticket" system that feels like a dead end. Despite the fact that they chose the unreliable carrier, Mtac refused to resend the package. Their only solution was for me to repurchase the item and return the original if it ever showed up—which is a huge gamble if the package is truly lost.
It is unfortunate that such a good product is overshadowed by a total lack of accountability in shipping and support. Unless you are willing to deal with a "luck of the draw" delivery process and zero live assistance, I cannot recommend ordering from them again. The headache simply isn't worth it.
